Oh no... think I'm either just back from holiday then or am coming back... ..mind you, I AM in charge of booking the holiday... and we'll probably fly from London... (Well, don't want to miss it - been to everyone since 7.2 now )

For bigger cons Showmasters puts all tickets into groups for getting autographs, photos, seating etc which is based on ticket type and number so you and your friend won't be together. You can either leave it like that (and neither of you should be just waiting around: you'll be going around getting autos from different guests at different times) or sometimes Showmasters will let you drop down groups so you could be in the same group as your friend. I don't know how this works for talk seating though. I wouldn't worry about either of you two feeling lonely. I've. Eek to a couple of cons on my own or just knowing someone with a gold ticket and I've always made really good friends in the queues Hope that helps!

Well watching Sanctuary has been on my to-do list for several years and this has just given me the boost I need to finally watch it. Just whizzed through seasons 1&2 (s3 to be ordered very soon) and can I just say how utterly excited I am retrospectively at this guest announcement??? CANNOT WAIT!!!! Especially looking forward to a talk with the two of them

Hello!!! Not really cosplayed before (not entirely sure being one half of a puddle jumper for a fancy dress competiton counts!) so this'll be my first time. Going to be just me on Sat but on Sunday I will be Rapunzel from Tangled. Taken me blooming ages so I wanted to finish before I posted anything :)

Lol. I was Gold at Muggle Mayem 1 (only time I've been gold) and there were about 6 of us at the reception and 3 guests so we got a LOT of time. I imagine the ratios not going to be quite that small this time but any one with a Gold will still probably get a good natter. ^^

I think we should do that thing we were planning. Slighy cryptic, lol. I presume were going to be in for a surprise then. And Lisa drawing a dark Mark and wearing black was all I've come up with so far too!

Ooh, yay - I thought we wouldn't know that until closer to the time, thank you! Will be booking that off work on Friday! Well last time my friends and I got there at maybe about 8? Possibly even 9 and we still got a fairly good spot. Given my druthers I'd have been there earlier but like I said, we still got a good spot. This time I'd like to get there earlier, though. Still debating myself on the camping issue! I think they set it out differently for each permiere but I've been there for HBP myself. In that we ended up in the main square which was all gated off from the rest. People man the gates all day so stop people getting in when it's too full (even though it was still quite spacious - they could have fitted more people in) but they let you out thankfully for food. I don't know how soon that was set up, though. I guess it was there in time for the overnight campers. My only advice as to where to stand once inside? Don't stand by a streetlamp! I ended up by one and you'll find all the stars skirt round them so you miss out on autographs and your pictures always have an omnipresent pole!

I loved how it was gorgeous and sunny until the first stars arrived and then BOOM!!! Never seen so much rain in my life! I didn't get many autographs because the thing I wanted to sign I also didn't want to get wet! But at the very end I got JK Rowling so that made up for the lack of everyone else! ^^. Where you in the main square bit?

Hoodies? Oh how cool!!! My friend and I are making ponchos so you can bet this is the one HP premiere it doesn't rain! But that gets our little section up to 5/6 now? Partaaay!

It's gonna be wet. Very wet! It was a good experience overall. Mainly a lot of sitting around but you can quite easily start chatting to anyone either side of you cause you're all Potter fans. It was a bit of a squeeze once the actors arrived but I think that was the section we were in - a bit further down there were a quite a few less people and once I moved down there I managed to get the BIG autograph whereas I'd hardly hot any where I was before ^^ I cried most heavily after that! (hey, I was teed!) Yeah... I can't really see what I'm typing after a while on the iPod so apologies for the mistakes - it's meant to be got not hot and then tired not teed (whatever the hell THAT is!)

It's generally fairly good value and portions not too stingy either. Thing you want to be aware of is how spicy you like your food as you get to choose the level of 'hot'-ness and even the two mild ones have a wee bit of a kick to them.

Well I've always got a Gryffindor School Uniform on standby but I'm really keen on this House Elf party now! And luckily I also happen to have millions of pairs of socks so I'm all good if that's one of the themes!

I know it's about 2 months after Muggle Mayhem but is anyone planning on going to the DH premiere? I went last year with a couple of my friends (and got absolutely soaked and a horrendous cold for my pains!) and was planning on hopefully going this year too. Might be cool if we got a little Muggle Mayhem section there! Plus then I reason that at least ONE of us will remember a brolly! Lol

Yep, I agree, it's 'totally awesome'! Still haven't watched the sequel yet though. Ooh, if we don't have a Sun night party this time again then maybe we could watch that (or AVPM - I don't mind rewatching!). I imagine it only gets better with alcohol

She does seem to be popping up a fair bit so it only seems right And I would imagine Evanna Lynch would be a great guest!!! Aaw... hark at HP promoting the sisterly love It's the same for me too, although in my case she refused to stay up so late to go for the midnight release at Borders with me and got hers at ASDA the next morning for the cheaper price of 5 quid lol

Lol ditto!!! Haven't bought tickets for any of the other cons I'm going to yet, but I know if they announce it I'll be one of the first ones there spending my pennies! ^^. After all I have to make sure I beat you to the Gold 3 ticket again! ;P

Been meaning to do this for a while but not really got round to it... and stupid as it may sound I'm finding it hard! 1 Your fave book. It moves... started with CoS as when I first read that I woke up in the middle of the night because I couldn't sleep to read some more... now it tends to drift between GoF and OotP 2 Your fave movie. Goblet of Fire 3 Is there any of the films adaptations that have made you angry because they’ve ignored important parts of the book. I don't know if angry... I completely understand that they can't fit the books into a movie and also that JKR was still writing as they were filming. But with all the little stupid shots of the whomping willow in PoA they could have cut those and explained the Marauders! 4 Least fave female character and why. Well, one I like to hate the most is Umbridge.. but other than that I'm not really sure. I like everyone. 5 Fave male character and why. Harry - it's his story 6 What house would you want to be in. I think the only one I wouldn't be happy in would be Slytherin because have you seen there common room? Freeeeezing! I am not good with cold! 7 Fave female character and why. Luna. I don't think I really need to explain why! Although I do, apparently against trend, like post GoF Ginny as well ^^ 8 What do you think would be your fave lesson. I don't remember crying in a book until HBP. I think Sirius' death in OotP was a bit sort of like "What? That's it?!" But when I finished HBP I had to go outside and cry in the garden as my sister was still reading it. My Dad looked a bit bemused when he came out and comforted me! And I cried a lot in DH - I had to stop reading at the scene in the forest because I couldn't see through my very soggy glasses! And I cried a lot for some reason in HBP film, as soon as they got to the cave I bawled my way to the end of the film. The people waiting to go in looked a bit worried! I am probably going to cry the entire last film. I cry very easily in films anyway... 24 Any particular scene you wished would have been put in the movie but it wasn’t. Explaining the Marauders. And if they had changed the scene in PoA when Snape is teaching Defense so that Ron properly stood up for Hermione. That's one of my sisters favourite bits 25 Nineteen years later. Are you happy how it turned out, or do you wish something was different, ie Neville married Luna. Yep, I'm pretty happy. 26 If you could be able to work one spell without a wand what would it be. Impervious (I think that's the right one). I don't like getting wet! 27 Would you rather own The Invisibility Cloak, The Resurrection Stone or The Elder Wand. Inivisbility Cloak. Not sure what I'd do with either of the others. 28 Do you listen to Wizard Wrock, what do you think about it. Not listened to it. Would maybe like to try but not got around to it yet. Anyone want to recommend a band to start with? 29 Did you enjoy A Very Potter Musical. Yes, it's hilarious! 30 What affect has Harry Potter made on your life and how much does it mean to you. Harry Potter means a lot to me. It's been a constant in my life for over 10 years now and it's also one of the few things that my sister and I both love. I managed to convert my best friend about 5 years ago as well so it's something that's brought all three of us very close together. And Muggle Mayhem 1 was just amazing as I met so many lovely Potter fans and had one of the best times I've ever had at a convention. Harry Potter = <3 And, well.... it's just bloody fantastic, ain't it! AGREED! Ship wise I am a cannon shipper, but I don't tend to read romance-central fics (with the exception of James/Lilly) ^^ I know what you mean though. My sister will read only Hermione-central stories, but never one with cannon pairings. She says the same thing about reading the books if she wants some Ron/Hermione
