Hi, I wonder if anybody can help me, I bought two photo tickets for Charlie before the event, I was told at the event I'd get the refund by the end of the week, but I've still not had it! Has anybody else had there's? Thanks for help in advance.

I got my friend to go, then she talked her friend in to going, plus i got my brother too haha, so i got another 3 sold!

I so want to come, ill sit there and save places all day lol, waited outside a Justin Timberlake concert on year for 8 hours to get front standing lol!

Mcdonalds trust me you dont want to work where i work its hell on earth but trying to find a different job these days is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. The only good thing is the people in the place I soo need a new job ha ha i work there too, but im an shift manager so get a great wage, its the best and easiest place to get promoted and get a wage higher than most.

Well obviously id love either Rob, Kristen or Taylor, i love the guests so far, ive just book tickets for a friend and i, so really looking forward to this con!

I didn't have the cocktail party so cant comment on that but over all it was seemly one of the best run cons ive been to. Shame about James but then Kai came and it was brilliant that they did that and that he stayed to do photos and thing in Jame's place. As for the hotel everyone was really helpful to me and i have nothing bad to say about it. I do loads of cons at that hotel and its always be awesome.

Hi people, This will be my first Showmasters / Massive events con, although been the cons at this Hilton before. I was wondering if anybody knew when the schedual is likely to be put up and i the other guest photos will go onsale before the event. Thanks in advance Lesley :)

The terms and conditoins say you won't get refunds if a guest cancels. You bought the ticket on that basis so its down to you, sorry but thats the way it is. Theres still 11 guest going, be satisfied. Ive been to many a convention where the big names have cancelled in Jared and Jensen from Supernatural. Yeah gutted but a one con i went to where Jared cancelled it turned out to be the best con ever but this year when they both attended it was worse because of certain freaky people who make life a misery for others. Plus queues, big queues which i stood in from 4am till 9.30am just to get a photo with Jared!
