Compared to the Star Trek conventions, these prices appear over the odds... Star Trek has numerous series, hundreds of hours of episodes and hundreds of potential actors, Sherlock has just a handful.... I would also argue there are a lot more Trek fans out there than Sherlock fans.. The prices for the two events are very comparable and do not seem justified... It's great if you're a massive Sherlock fan and are happy to pay the prices, but I fear the more casual fans will be put off and ticket sales for this event are not going to support lots of guests being announced.. I hope the event sells well and goes well as it's great to get a chance to meet these stars... but it's too steep for me (and I spend a lot on conventions)...

..in my view this would not someone who lives in Europe.... (they may be more likely to do European events if they live here and the inference is they will be doing other events outside of Europe)... ..only my view.. a big name movie star Diamond guess please...

Hear Hear I've heard they stock up on Smirnoff Ice for one leather hatted regular....

Have stayed there for all the Collectormania held there... good hotel, very convenient and nice bar...

I recall they initially only announced the two days last year and then expanded it to three later.... They may also be looking to downsize this event... I agree that the Friday is a great day to get autos and photos done, but it is quiet and if the event is smaller it may be too quiet...
