  1. I'd like to see Dominic Keating and Connor Trinneer. It's been a very long time since either were at a UK convention, apart from one last minute booking most people couldn't attend.
  2. This is getting silly. How can you not know who is appearing when this close to the event? If we don't get the information in the next couple of days I'm afraid I won't be going at all, simply because there won't be time to organise things.
  3. I don't think it was Connor's decision; he had to fly back to Bulgaria to catch his flight home to LA. But I agree it should have been mentioned on the board for those planning on attending Monday.
  4. Connor was lovely - charming, approachable and friendly. He's one person who always has time for his fans, and goes out of his way to make people feel at ease. Great guest.
  5. I was there both days and spoke to Connor and Dominic several times. They were both very friendly and approachable, and happy to talk. From what I saw, they were talking and laughing with other attendees too.
  6. and Dominic Keating ... and any chance they might do a photoshoot together? Oh yes, please. It would be great to have a photo with both guys together.

Speak for yourself. Some of us go to conventions especially to seen the Enterprise actors. TNG, on the other hand, leaves me cold. Never liked it and certainly wouldn't go to see any TNG actors. Not getting at anyone who does like TNG, just pointing out that just because one person doesn't like one of the Trek incarnations doesn't mean no one does!
  8. And the great food from the German hotels! I'll be very surprised (pleasantly) if you find a UK venue that puts on such a good spread.
  9. Oh yes, that would be great. I'd like to see Dominic Keating and Connor Trinneer doing a live commentary of 'Shuttlepod One'.
  10. Yep, most of them are pretty accurate. >>bottom over elbow - This is another way of saying head over heels << Personally, I'd say 'a r s e over t i t'. >>twit - Also means the same as fanny but is less acceptable in front of your grandmother, as this refers to parts of the female anatomy. << Wrong vowel - for this meaning it should have an 'a' not an 'i', and it's very rude indeed!
  11. Great. I'm so glad it's not right on top of another show Germany - that means there's a chance I'll be able to get to both. Which is good, since I've already paid for Germany! Roll on the location and guest list.

You kept the lacy underwear well hidden in Fulda! Damn!
  13. I agree, it needs to be in a hotel, not somewhere soulless like the ***** or Excel at Docklands. I'd also say not London, which is overpriced and expensive to get to, but I'm not sure if there's a suitable hotel complex outside the capital. You might consider the Telford area which seems to have places custom-build for conferences. Not as nice as the Esperanto or Maritim though. I doubt you'll find anywhere to equal them and their quality of service/price in the UK, alas. I can't think why the forum doesn't like it, but the ***** should be the National Exhibition Centre outside Birmingham
  14. I'd like to see any of the Enterprise cast. Particularly Scott Bakula.

I second all of the above. Marc, you're fabulous - but you knew that anyway... And yes, most certainly Connor and Dominic attending together. Oh, and please don't make the date too close to another show Germany or I'll only be able to make one of them.
