There is also numerous hotels at Glasgow airport. There's a Holiday Inn with rooms which can take up to 4 people for £64. It's only 4 miles from Braehead and Greg's travel guide tells you the bus numbers etc from the airport to Braehead - I'm sure it's the 747.

Just flying down for the Saturday purely to see Nathan but wish I could stay for his talk on the Sunday.

exactly, my BF fav book is the 7 ancient wonders series by Matthew Reilly and he told me to read it and see if i found anything familiar about them, its pretty much the exact same story as lord of the rings but set in modern times, the have a Lone Australian SAS trooper who's left the army, a fat Arab Demolitions expert who is constantly fighting with an Israeli Sniper, an old professor with a really long beard and at the end of the first book they have to get a small pyramid to the top of the Great pyramid which is surrounded by enemy troops. but like twilight it works and no one pays interest in the blatant rip off thats happening

I wasn't suggesting that wuthering heights ripped off the story from twilight given that wuthering heights was first published in 1847. However, twilight has ripped off elements of wuthering heights and other books for its story. Don't get me wrong I like the twilight saga and most authors take their inspiration from other books they have read too.

I can see why Bella and Edward have been compared to Buffy and Angel! i was laughing because 1) your all complaining about how Wuthering Heights is ripping off Twilight when she acctually ripped off Wuthering hights and Buffy and 2) you, you took it so serious when Phantom was taking the **** and you where just eating it right up no offense

As far as I know the layout is completely changeable, as long as there is a socket of course, because none of that stuff is normally in there. I would put the dance floor wherever the widest/most open space is so theres is room to dance. Preferably not right next to the bar.

so were getting it today :)? I really really hope so. I still need to know what day to book my flight and the prices are only going to get higher the longer I leave it.

I was actually just coming to post about that, that was my big pet peeve. I think there was only about 3 or 4 tables at the most which was really annoying. If memory serves the function room was a large upside down L shape. walk in down a corridor, there were some tables next to the window, then the room opens up where the bar and dance floor is. Only place would be to put more tables along by the window. If they put in a another few tables nearer to the bar/ dance floor you would be in danger of getting swallowed up by people standing at the bar it's self . Put more by the window you are then out of all the action. Catch twenty two I ended up sitting on the floor too. some extra seats would be fab I would suggest putting some tables, or at the very least some chairs on their own, in the space between the entrance and where the toilets are, although not too close to the door or it'll feel like you're being thrown out! lol. As well as the few they had at the windows the last time. That would give more places to sit without encroaching onto the dance floor and would also allow people to sit a bit further away from the dance floor if they wanted to chat or whatever. If I remember correctly that space wasn't used for anything at all last time. Wherever they put them I just really hope they put more because my back was breaking after sitting on the floor last time.

That's what I'm hoping for too. Flight times are better than on a Sunday.

I was just wondering if/what days Nathan Fillion will be doing a photoshoot? I know he's only going to be there on the Saturday and Sunday but would photoshoots be both days for him? The only reason I ask is because I need to book flights and I'm only coming for one day to see him so don't wanna end up there on the wrong day and miss the photoshoot Thanks Suz

Having a party is a good idea. I was at the last one and it was ok I thought there was a few things that could have been better. I hope the music will be better, and it seems like it will be from the posts I've read. The only other thing I didn't like last time was that there was a lack of places to sit - I ended up sitting on the floor - there was only about four or five tables. Hopefully it will be better this time around.
