im loving this thread been having a read through and im gonna take all your recommendations cant wait to get started lol !

vampire diaries, house of night series, night world, vampire academy. ones i myself am meaning to read are PC Casts other books. if you look on her website theres the list of them on there they look real good. or my faves outside of the vampire/supernatural genre are chick lit books like ps i love you by cecilia ahern, talking to addison by jenny colgan, recipe for disaster by miriam morrison, a place called here by cecilia ahern, forget me not by isabel wolf, Last Chance by Sarah Dessen, pillow talk by freya north or where have all the boys gone by jenny colgan and i know this sounds really lame but when i was at school i read this book called Daz 4 Zoe and bought it because i loved the storyline and the message even though its quite an easy book to read and very short i still read it once in a while now. ghostly romance - Unquiet Spirits by K M Peyton everyone should read this book! these are a few of my faves love them all =D p.s anyone whos read vampire diaries the return nightfall what did u think of it, because im not sure even though ive got the next 2 on pre order, i think like these being written nearly 20 years later L J Smith has changed the style of them or is it just me??

As indivdual films i love twilight, i love new moon, it looks like i will probaby love eclipse and eventually breaking dawn. BUT, as a saga they dont fit! they dont follow each other, the continuity is rubbish, every director has changed it to make it their own and instead of each film being the next installment from the previous one it's like yeah im directing this one and im going to make this look like this instead and this is going to happen like this. i dont know if it bothers anyone else but also you cant just change characters faces halfway through a saga!? it just doesnt work!! Rachelle is/was and will always be victoria, the original. They didnt even make Bryce's hair look the same! Im loving the films individually as seperate films from my twilight world but i cant accept them as the film adaptations of the books i love, it shouldnt have been done like this! im so disappointed! i dont know if anyone feels the same i cant really put into words what has disappointed me so much but the gist of it is the continuity. im gonna hate watching the film thinking, hey that didnt happen in twilight or new moon or that doesnt follow the story that the other 2 films left it at. we'll see. alot of people prefered new moon to twilight because of the 'improvements' but twilight the film will always be my favourite because it was the way things were orginally done, eclipse is my favourite book but all 4 books flow into each other nicely and everything stays the same! i feel eclipse the movie is going to be a far cry from anything that was done in twilight. what a shame.

aw, I am bringing my son with me. He is only 11 months (will be 18 months then) and I cant bear to be apart from him lol, so I have bought him some baby ear defenders, the same ones mick jaggers kids use I agree on the dressing up, I mentioned it it my partner (Kurt) and got a hell bent NO! Lol, Tho He would probably wear something fitting to the volturi ball, as he has lots of clothes for that anyway...so doesnt really see it as dressing up. No way you'd get him in a cape though hahah. awww i would love to bring my kids but my son is 4 and i've got 17 week old twins and they would be 11 months at the time of the con but with all three it would be nearly impossible lol they would have more fun at nannys for the weekend they'll love it. lol

i do reckon my boyfriend, his name is Phil, will enjoy the parties loads once hes there, unfortunately i doubt he will be dressing up i think i may have to work on that one and will probably be unsuccessful there lol don't know how he'll feel waiting around or anything hes like a whirlwind and hardly ever stays still but i also know it will be nice for us having a weekend free of our kids that he probably wont mind waiting around while we do autographs or photoshoots etc it will just be good having some time to ourselves that he wont mind what we're doing

I would hope not TBH, as my fiance hates Twilight with a passion but I still had to pay for his ticket! No way he was paying himself, so I went for the standard, which sucks as if I didnt have to buy his too, I would of gotten silver, BUT if you want no interaction with the guests then I do not see why you would need to pay £160 for a silver? Could you not just buy a standard at £88, your gf can keep your autographs either she can go silver, or she can just pay individually for pictures? I am doing that, as I am not too fussed where I am sat in the talks My partner really doesnt even want to meet the guests and get autographs as he says he wont know what to say, but I told him to hell with that, if I have paid for his ticket he will get his damn autographs!!! hehe Ah or do you mean you are buying her ticket too? If so just get her to buy her own, only fair if you are having to pay for yourself too and it is her that wants to go! x perhaps the 'boyfriends' can 'man out' together lol my sister is coming with her byofriend and my boyfriend is coming with me, he hates twilight but luckily he loves me more and he bought both our tickets

My boyfriend isnt really interested in this but hes coming with me, on the standard pass you get entry to all the partys and a autograph so im going to get a photo signed with my free autograph and get my boyfriend to take one of my books to get signed with his free autograph and you dont have to buy photoshoots etc so £88 for a standard you can get an autograph from each guest but give it to her i dunno if they will let you go on say a child ticket where u just get entry to all the partys seeing as shes buying a full ticket?? and u say you arent into any of this stuff but i bet u will end up really enjoying urself! lol!

Me & my boyfriend + my sister & her boyfriend are all standards. I'm Stacie and im 21, my boyfriend is Phil hes 23 my sister is Sophie shes 18 and her boyfriend is Will and he's 20 and same ages at the con. Me & Soph went to ET2 as standard as we didnt know about these events until ET2 had nearly sold out but luckily we got our tickets just in time. and i had my twins in November so couldnt leave them for a weekend yet for ET3 but my mum has said she'll look after them for me for ET4 so yay i can come

Since Glee has started showing over here im hooked! i knew about it before it came to the UK but never really got into it now im watching it every week without fail and i watch it in bed and my partner works really early in the morning so hes in bed at 9pm too and sometimes ive looked over and caught him watching it lol ive got the soundtrack on my ipod and my boyfriend is buying me the soundtrack on CD friday for in the car as ive got a crappy built in CD changer instead of a cool CD player that i can plug my ipod into in my car lol im tempted to watch the rest of the episodes online but i made that mistake with TVD and now ive got to wait until march 26th to watch Episode 15 i dont know what im going to do until then because i am TOTALLY addicted Having Glee and the Vampire Diaries on tv at the moment just really makes me like... 2010 is such a good year!

I am totally with this, i love TVD! cant wait for episode 15! i know ITV2 is only on episode 5 i think or something you havent seen anything yet its amazing, im in love with TVD! Yay =) I feel like a bit of a fraud tho whos read the returns books ive only read the original 4? would like to know what they're like and if its worth carrying on. Paul Wesley! hes awesome =)
