  1. Definitely! I loved him as Eddie Valiant in Who Framed Roger Rabbit! I came so close meeting Charles Fleischer, the voice of Roger Rabbit, but missed the chance!
  2. Has he ever made an appearance before at any convention? I would love to meet him!
  3. That's someone I would love to meet, but I hear he doesn't do conventions or the whole meet and greet anywhere.
  4. Hello! I didn't notice this thread right away and just dove in to start posting! I'm actually a U.S. native who's somehow found her way here after doing Google searching for a particular convention. The topics seemed to fit many of my interests, so I decided to join! Since 1992, I have attended a good handful of Sci-fi, Anime, and comic conventions in the U.S., the most being the San Diego Comic Con. My current interests are: BTGMD (Basil, the Great Mouse Detective), TMNT (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles), Sherlock Holmes, Disney, GH (Ghost Hunters, and International), HP (Harry Potter), The Phantom of the Opera, SW (Star Wars), and far too many others to name!
  5. Omigosh, I hope this doesn't sound too silly, but I fell in love with Basil of Baker Street from The Great Mouse Detective! He was more of a hero type, though, an adorable character I had to visit more than once in the theater! I also love Donatello from the Ninja Turtles, been a fan of the series for over 20 years! Live actors I liked as a kid: Michael Keaton (not too many liked his version of Batman, but I liked him enough to watch more movies with him!) Harrison Ford (big Indiana Jones fan in the 80's!) Mark Hamill (Luke Skywalker, 'nuff said!) Ray Bolger (okay, specifically the Scarecrow, but he's a great actor in other roles!) Michael J. Fox (who didn't love him in the Back to the Future films?) Sean Astin (loved him in The Goonies!) Better stop for now!
  6. I also know someone who adored her. They will be very upset to hear this news. My gosh, we're losing so many, aren't we?
  7. Oh, I know, Princess Diana's death was such a shock, to this day I tear up whenever I think of it. Those who live well into their 90's, they are so blessed to have seen life through many decades.
  8. Oh, so that's who that actor was! I saw the name and wasn't sure where I heard it from! So very sad to hear!
