I was thinking of trying to get in and out as quick as poss but i reckon by time i queue up to get in 20min? then prob end up getting a VT for the afternoon so not much luck really disappointed. But then again i'd never forgive myself if something happened to my nan But thanks for your sympathy :)

Well as I posted a few days ago i was SO EXCITED about going!!! However my nan who has been very ill for last few weeks took a turn for the worst. Although she looks ok today, I decided to keep myself at home so i was nearer "if" anything were to happen. It was in one way a REALLY hard decision as she even knew how excited i was but I felt i made the right choice. Looks like you all had great fun, so sorry for the people i was planning to meet up with. and hope those of you going tomorrow will have lots of fun too. And I have been waiting for 3 years to meet Jewel Staite :'(

haha cheers mate! I will be getting there around 8am (dont live too far). Once I bought my early bird ticket is it best to "Run" or more like woddle in my case to the signing area? or get VT/talk tickets 1st? Prob a newbie question but hey if i dont ask i'll never know!
