I spoke to Marton recently whilst he was appearing at the National and he doesn't like signing things so it's unlikely that he'll want to come to event to sign stuff for folks. How odd. Marton was awesome when I met him with another chap, Star Wars fan. Signed two or three posters and at least one photo for the other guy and a couple of things from Xena Warrior Princess for me. We both got pictures with him and chatted for a while. He even insisted I had a listen to his Ipod - never heard of Santo Gold before... We had a great time with him.

Could you clarify if that applies to all photo shoots? I have booked another for the Saturday but will now be attending on the Sunday as a result of the day change.

Are photoshoots generally put on sale in advance like at the signing shows, or only available at the actual event itself?

I asked about personalisations on both days and was told he wasn't . Sorry about that dude. There were no signs up saying no personalisations and no-one behind me in the line when I asked - so I didn't feel like I was holding anyone up.

Saw Sir Patrick on Sunday. Open queue around 11.30am. Said hello and asked as it was more "relaxed", would he mind personalising the photo for me, which is did. Spoke about performing Ibsen on stage and went away happy!
