  1. I would be inclined to think he'd be similar to what he was at LFCC, so £35. And that went up from his previous UK date at MK where he was £25. But speculation can only be based on previous events. So yeah, most people are between £10 and £20 with a few being £25 - £35.
  2. If you are at college I assume you are 16/17? There isnt really an age limit per say, just the obvious 'if you are a kid you really shouldnt come alone' thing most places have lol You should be ok. There isnt any 18+ limit I dont think. And as long as your parents think its ok (if they have a bearing on where you go anymore lol)
  3. You're right. Seems insane to me though, I won't be taking a day off work for it. People take days off for cons all the time, usually the weekends too. Some people dont have the luxury of weekends off so they usually have to book off at least one day. And for others these cons are what they do isntead of holidays. I know I dont go out of the country or anything for the summer or anytime. I try to make each con a long weekend when I can and treat them as weekend breaks :)
  4. It would be insane to schedule this for the Friday when most normal people are at work. I would bet on Sat/Sun for this. The Captains Talks are likely to be highly popular so I wonder if they will actually run them twice ie some people will see them on the Sat and some on the Sun ? Based on times and such, I'll bet the individual Captain's talks will be on the saturday and sunday yes. But, as we already know from the tickets, the group Captain talk is the friday. I cant seem them doing another, except maybe at the close of the show on sunday maybe. If there is a big talk for that at all.
  5. Last time I went to a big 3-day event at excel we got lanyards, but we wont know yet I dont think.
  6. Yes, it does. Every ticket type has the chance to buy photoshoots with guests including the captains, and buy anything else. Autographs are the same, but wont be available before the show, it'll be an on-the-day thing.
  7. What type of room was that apart from being for 2? Or has the Ibis gone up already. I booked it yesterday for 2 people for £154 lol I think they are catching on

  9. Yeha I think Mark has said that no ticket has photos of the Caps included (except maybe VIP but you'd have to ask)
  10. A lot of the time US guests only come over for one event. But, given the size of this one and it being dedicated to Trek, I'm sure they will make the effort
  11. Yeah I was hoping it would be a seperate ticket like the other talks will be too. The 5 Captains on stage is something I need to see!
  12. Well if you still want to go to one or both, say hi in the 'want to meet there?' thread :) It's for all the people wanting to meet new friends and hang out with people at the event.
  13. If I can affford the stuff before the event, I'll now be Ellis from L4D2 one of the days (probably the saturday) Also Male!Amy on friday night. Sunday not decided yet, probs just 11th Doctor or something.
  14. We can't gaurentee that as SM aren't selling the tickets. It's See Tickets for this event. So SM may not have real time numbers like they do with their own shop. Ah fair, enough, sorry TT. Everything beign on the forum is making me slip into SM event mode As for the parties: Partying happens! Hehe usually there is a DJ, a bar or 2, dancing, some activities (in the past there have been mechanical bulls and such), themed decorations. Depending on where the parties are for this will depend on what we get. We might even get live music in the form of a band on one of the nights, we never know. Hey if they get the guests that make up the Enterprise Blues Band maybe they'll perfrorm! Lots of people usually dress up for the parties too, usually based on the theme. And overall, they are just a great place to mingle with other attendees, get to know new friends and have a great laugh :) And hey, sometimes even guests pop along to hang out and enjoy themselves too
  15. You GARUNTEE meeting them, that is the bonus. Or at least 1 of many. Even though the wording is the same for a lot of things, they will be better/quicker than the gold pass. Better seats in the talks than the golds for example (I'm assuming right at the front with the VIPS) Also you get 5 autos from the Captains, and that is GARUNTEED. Gold dosnt get you that. You get 6 autos in person NOT from the Captains with gold. Plus 2 other autos from people. The priority queuing will be better/faster/earlier than the golds too. Also Mark has said that the collectors prints and card and the goodie bags get better/more rare and exclusive with each package too. So the platinum goodie bags will contain better stuff then the gold, gold better than silver ect ect. So yeah, lots for the extra price
  16. We wont know till they come up with ideas and decide. they could be series themed. I'm betting we might get a Quark's bar/Holodeck adventures style theme too. Maybe because of the guests, a Captain's ball theme?
  17. I have the Ibis across the courtyard booked. £154 for 2 people for 2 nights (friday and saturday) Pretty good for a room you can cancel up until the day (if needs be, always best to be prepared) But yeah, these rates wont last once they find out a big event is going on
  18. Usually that is the case for SM/ME events. And also usually there is a flash rule in place. Meaning flash photography is only allowed for the first few minutes, then the rest is non-flash. Its so the guests up on stage arnt bombarded with flash through-out and the audience can be more relaxed too.
  19. I asked earlier. I'm betting on either the TOS or TNG ones, as those are the ones that have be replicated for shows and exhibitions and personal collections the most. Probs TOS as it's smaller, easier to set up. But they might pull otu the stops and give us the TNG bridge...or both!
  20. 20 to 40?!?!?! Why you do this to my bank balance? lol Amazing though just...gimme all the lottery tickets...
  21. I'd book now before 1) they sell out and 2) they realise theres a big event going on and hike their prices up. The Ibis across the courtyard is rather reasonable for London at the moment :)
  22. There's a few awesome Captains missing But dependant on his price I'd meet him. Depends on other guests too. Might sound crazy but I'd meet the Captains of the Enterprise B and C first lol
