I'm not sure but I don't think any talks have been announced yet so there is no guarantee that Elijah or Lost people will be doing them. Actually I've just checked and they haven't been announced but it should be in the next couple of weeks so keep your eyes peeled. Anything is normally announced here first and then updated on the website at a later point. I've never known an actor to do more than one talk so you'll need to check which day the talks you want will be on as they could be either Saturday or Sunday.

If you read the FAQ for LFACC it does actually explain a lot of what you are asking. Otherwise here is your answer: The entrance fee is literally that. To get an autograph you pay extra and it is not likely that you will get to meet them unless you purchase an autograph. The talks are all free but you need to get a tciket from the organisers booth to make sure you get into it. Unless a guest has been announced it is anyone's guess as to who else showmasters might get to attend.
