  1. i cant work out if this will affect Manchester to Milton Keynes as it does not go via Birmingham
  2. Hats off to the BEEB for this one. Shame it goes a bit too far at the end http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/page/item/epe...ml?src=ip_potpw
  3. We have not had our Registration Stuff turn up in the post and am a bit worried. Our Credit card Statement shows the money has been debited so am thinking as our postie is next to useless at best that it is another thing that has ended up in a ditch or railway siding. The names are Barry Smith and Cate Lee
  4. I take it this is for gold passes only *sulks* .... meh I'm still going to have a blast
  5. I read in Neil (Mordens) Post that There will be a 10x8 of each guest in the reg pack Is this true and is this for Standard as well as gold?? And I take it this can be your personal item if wanted?
  6. Thats a breath of Fresh air I hate having that rule strictly applied. Mind you not as Bad as one I went to where the rule was "No Official Items unoffial items only will be signed" That was like eh?!?
  7. Just a quick question which I am sure has been answered before on personal items. Do they have to be official or can artworks / cast collages be used? If they are official can I bring my own 10x8 / Larger Pictures? I take it Autograph Books are okay? Basically as much details so that I can ensure myself and my partner make the most of the 2 we get between us from each guest.
  8. We have all that are available at the moment. Some I love but I am not as much of a fan as my girlfiend on some of the more moral kids lesson style stories but I can see that they would be fantastic films to show children and a much better watch than some of the overmarketed buy it buy it merchandise based shows and films that they are subjected to. I absolutely love Spirited Away, Howls moving Castle and Naausica and my favourites are Princess Mononoke and Castle in the Sky. Also an added note for Grave of the Fireflys ... Really liked it but my god its sad!
  9. I would Love to See CE at this but the only risk is that my Fiancee would run off with him
  10. I think 2 - 2.5 hours is a good guestimate for driving. Thats what I'm planning for as I will be driving. Can't wait for this event
  11. and certainly will in the future. I for one will never again walk down an auto queue if I see that sat next to a guest
  12. No, to SOME people they are just events to collect autographs, to others it IS to meet their idol, even if it's for the briefest of moments. For those people, the signed picture is just as a reminder of the cool day they got to meet that person. For example, my signed pic of Andy hallet, reminds me of the day I got to chat to the guy who played Lorne in Angel. It reminds me that he was a nice bloke, happy to chat to his fans... it's a nice memory. My signed pic of the Shatner, reminds me of the day I got to stare at teh top of his head, whilst he displayed no intrest in anything other than raking in as much money as possible, egged on by a satanic manager. NOT a great memory. If Mr Shatner were to sadly pass away tomorrow, I'll shed a tear.... then go to e-bay to sell the pciture, because it holds ZERO sentimental value to me. 876366[/snapback] Yep thats exactly what I will be doing.. I bet he wished he had personalised to stop people doing that
