i used to go with big groops of friends to SM shows, the line up untill today was drawing only 2 of us this time. after these annoucements and cancellations i dont think i can be bothered! what a mish mash of people appearing different days and sometimes only for half a day. Collosal Mega Event??

I havn't missed a showmasters event for the past few years but the with announcements so far, I will not being going. I wanted to meet Ron Perlman untill i saw Hellboy and that was disappionting so I not that bothered about meeting him. The only person Id see is Grace Park and maybe the 24 stars. if the Serinity / Firefly cast is annocuned like the rumors then I will go!

I know people will say "they will announce when they announce" but this is not a reasurring sign

I would pay £50 for Richard dean Anderson to sign my poster, no personilation needed for that. But I wouldnt pay £50 just for a signed photo even if it was personalised

This kind of legitimate complaining will get you thrown off the forum. It doesn't take much these days with them upstairs. Of course you're quite right! Keep up the good work! This isnt a complaint, this is genuinally what happended with many of the guests I met at C7. Nor am I saying that every crew member is bad at their job.

I wonder if getting the £200 Gold Ticket will entitle you to not be herded through like cattle when you meet the guests? No Photos, No Talking, No Personilsations, No more than 5 secs with the guest, Condescending looks from people behind the desks... £20 please

so you want to meet people whos name you dont even know?

The worst was Bernards Q, not his fault but he was the one I wanted to meet the most and they rushed me through with what happened above. I swear I didnt see him sign my photo and it was done by the time i got to him. I basically got to say "hi nice to meet you" and that was it. and this was in the after noon when the Q wasnt THAT bad. The other was Alexis Q, very bossy lady crew member forcing everyone forward and again my photo was signed and done pretty much in seconds.

All I remember about Adam West was his creepy, greasy manager/P.R. guy who only cared about THE MONEY

Dont know if any one else experienced this but this happened to me on at least 2 guests: You pay your £15 or £20 and move forward to a "crew member" standing infront of the table who takes your photo (whilst shouting all the things you cant do, stand here! move forward, dont stand there!) they hand your photo to another "crew member" sat behind the table. You photo is then handed to the guest but by the time you get to the desk and put your bags down, your photo has been already signed and you dont get two words in with the guest. Move along please... This was only on a few guests but we pay all that money and dont really even get to meet the guest properly Also was it to much for Jolene Blalock to say anything?

I'd just like to say that dufresne makes my day everytime I read the forum. Truely a poster with the ability to tell things like they are! lol
