  1. Boogeyman was a watchable but predictable horror film. It had some good performances but the effects let the film down and it had a pretty standard ending.
  2. Anna Faris (Scary Movies, The House Bunny, The Dictator, Mom & Brokeback Mountain) Teresa Palmer (A Discovery of Witches, Hacksaw Ridge, I Am Number Four, Warm Bodies & The Grudge 2) Bianca Lawson (Pretty Little Liars, Teen Wolf, Vampire Diaries, Buffy & Queen Sugar) Azura Skye (Buffy, American Horror Story, CSI: Miami, Working The Engels & One Missed Call) Maia Mitchell (Good Trouble, The Fosters & Teen Beach Movie) Claire Danes (Terminator 3, Homeland, Romeo & Juliet)
  3. The Little Mermaid (live action) was a very good adaptation. The effects and sets were very impressive plus the music from the original was also used good effect. If you are a fan of the animated film you will enjoy this.
  4. Fast X was like the others in the Fast & Furious franchise. An enjoyable and entertaining action movie with some very impressive effects and action scenes. If you enjoy action films like this you won't be disappointed.

Dagney Kerr (Desperate Housewives, Buffy & George Lopez) Ben McKenzie (Gotham, The O.C. & Southland) Nikki Reed (Twilight, Thirteen, Sleepy Hollow, The O.C. & Lords of Dogtown) Zooey Deschanel (New Girl, 500 Days of Summer, Almost Famous & Hitchhickers Guide to the Galaxy) Carlos Jacott (Buffy, Angel, Firefly, Big Love, She Spies, Medium & CSI: Miami) Masi Oka (Heroes, Scrubs, Hawaii Five-0, The Meg & Get Smart)

  7. Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 3 was a terrific science fiction comedy film. It had great special effects and focused much more on Rocket than the other characters and was very interesting to see his backstory. If you enjoyed the previous films you'll probably enjoy this.
  8. Evil Dead Rise was an acceptable addition to the franchise. It contained some creepy moments but seemed too reliant on gore and not enough on creepiness that made the first two Evil Dead films classics.
  9. Daniel Dae Kim (Lost, Hawaii Five-0, 24, Star Trek Enterprise, Hellboy, Angel, Flack & Insurgent) Katherine Heigl (Grey’s Anatomy, Firefly Lane, Roswell, Knocked Up & Suits) Ethan Erickson (Melrose Place, Buffy, CSI: New York & Jawbreaker) William Zabka (Cobra Kai, Karate Kid & The Equalizer) Ashley Fink (Glee, Huge & What/If) Courtney Henggeler (Cobra Kai, The Big Bang Theory & Mom)
  10. Renfield was a very funny and different Dracula film. Nicholas Cage certainly made a good Dracula but the whole cast played their parts well. If you enjoy comedy horror you won't be disappointed.
  11. Mena Suvari (American Pie, American Beauty, American Horror Story & Chicago Fire) Denise Richards (Starship Troopers, The World is Not Enough, The Bold and The Beautiful & Wild Things) Breckin Meyer (Franklin & Bash, Clueless, Robot Chicken, Heroes, Road Trip, The Fix & Freddy’s Dead) Chrissy Metz (This Is Us, American Horror Story & Kung Fu Panda TV Show) Jayma Mays (Bill & Ted, Glee, Heroes, Ugly Betty, The League, Red Eye & The Millers) Paige Moss (Beverly Hills 90210, Its All Relative, Can’t Hardly Wait & Buffy)

  13. Air was a hugely entertaining true life comedy which was great for 80s nostalgia. It was the story of the Nike Air trainer created when Michael Jordan turned professional which told the story very well. Good for everyone even if you are not a Basketball fan.
  14. Super Mario Bros: The Movie was an enjoyable and faithful adaptation of one of the greatest video games ever. It was well animated with a good soundtrack that will entertain children. It definitely wasn't as good as the 1993 movie though (I don't care what anyone thinks I love that film).
  15. Dagney Kerr (Desperate Housewives, Buffy & George Lopez) Ben McKenzie (Gotham, The O.C. & Southland) Nikki Reed (Twilight, Thirteen, Sleepy Hollow, The O.C. & Lords of Dogtown) Zooey Deschanel (New Girl, 500 Days of Summer, Almost Famous & Hitchhickers Guide to the Galaxy) Carlos Jacott (Buffy, Angel, Firefly, Big Love, She Spies, Medium & CSI: Miami) Masi Oka (Heroes, Scrubs, Hawaii Five-0, The Meg & Get Smart)

  17. Shazam! Fury of the Gods was an enjoyable superhero comedy. It wasn't as good as the first but had good performances and special effects. Plus a good cameo at the end. If you enjoy light hearted superhero films you'll like this.
  18. John Wick: Chapter 4 was a good action film. It was much longer than necessary and too many action scenes which distracted from the story. That said the action and car chase scenes were hugely impressive and fans of the franchise won't be disappointed.
  19. Dagney Kerr (Desperate Housewives, Buffy & George Lopez) Ben McKenzie (Gotham, The O.C. & Southland) Nikki Reed (Twilight, Thirteen, Sleepy Hollow, The O.C. & Lords of Dogtown) Zooey Deschanel (New Girl, 500 Days of Summer, Almost Famous & Hitchhickers Guide to the Galaxy) Carlos Jacott (Buffy, Angel, Firefly, Big Love, She Spies, Medium & CSI: Miami) Masi Oka (Heroes, Scrubs, Hawaii Five-0, The Meg & Get Smart)
  20. Scream VI was a very worthy edition to the franchise. It certainly wasn't as good as the original trilogy but an improvement on the fifth film. It had some good characters and some creepy settings. It was a shame Neve Campbell wasn't involved but great to see Hayden Panettiere acting again.
  21. Mena Suvari (American Pie, American Beauty, American Horror Story & Chicago Fire) Denise Richards (Starship Troopers, The World is Not Enough, The Bold and The Beautiful & Wild Things) Breckin Meyer (Franklin & Bash, Clueless, Robot Chicken, Heroes, Road Trip, The Fix & Freddy’s Dead) Chrissy Metz (This Is Us, American Horror Story & Kung Fu Panda TV Show) Jayma Mays (Bill & Ted, Glee, Heroes, Ugly Betty, The League, Red Eye & The Millers) Paige Moss (Beverly Hills 90210, Its All Relative, Can’t Hardly Wait & Buffy)

  23. Mena Suvari (American Pie, American Beauty, American Horror Story & Chicago Fire) Denise Richards (Starship Troopers, The World is Not Enough, The Bold and The Beautiful & Wild Things) Breckin Meyer (Franklin & Bash, Clueless, Robot Chicken, Heroes, Road Trip, The Fix & Freddy’s Dead) Chrissy Metz (This Is Us, American Horror Story & Kung Fu Panda TV Show) Jayma Mays (Bill & Ted, Glee, Heroes, Ugly Betty, The League, Red Eye & The Millers) Paige Moss (Beverly Hills 90210, Its All Relative, Can’t Hardly Wait & Buffy)
  24. Creed III (or Rocky IX if you prefer) was a brilliant sequel. Not as good as the first two and certainly strange without Sylvester Stallone but still a terrific boxing movie to keep the franchise alive.
  25. Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania was a good fantasy action film but as with a few Marvel films it seemed let down by the amount of effects. I wish they'd stick to super heroes on Earth than putting them in an over the top CGI World.
