  1. If you can text me the details on 07708 550505 before 12pm, i can get that for you, i'm a stallholder so i'm on the way there right now. I'll reply to your text let you know i got your autograph ok :)
  2. Albert Moses (the crazy Asian hospital orderly) was a good laugh last time i met him. He seems just like his character, lol. Nice bloke. David or Jenny would be cool though. Jenny would also be a good choice because of Brad Dourif, both of which were part of Child's Play 2.
  3. Thanks for your help folks, yep i did actually call the office first and was then asked to e-mail the details in because the people i needed to speak to weren't there at the time. It was something that they would be interested in, but i am on limited time to set it up. Sorry, i did mail it to both addresses to be sure because a previous e-mail i sent a few weeks back didn't get replied to. I've also got to been asked to call the office again tomorrow to confirm the mail was received. Sorry i didn't explain the situation, but i was just doing what i was advised to :)
  4. I sent an e-mail to you at insane o'clock this morning. It's kinda time critical if you want to act upon it. Please can you take a look and let me know. Thanks. Sent to: info@collectormania.com Date: Thu, Jun 5, 2008 at 4:34 AM Subject: F.A.O. Jason.
  5. Thanks, i don't want to get in trouble though for advertising ourselves as i was just trying to help out. We will be at LFCC though :)
  6. Spoken to Daz, and he said these are ok to share but only at the resolution shown. Click on each to see them at higher res. We have another 4 or 5 different ones and all are better quality, but i've got to keep them under wraps. Hopefully, these will be helpful.
  7. Here's a Star Trek one for you... It's on our database at higher resolution too but i have to check first with the big cheese if i'm allowed to share the full image we have.
  8. That would be brilliant thankyou so much :) I'm just grateful to be adding his autograph to my collection, i don't care what it's written on. I tried to pm you through the forum but it wouldn't let me. My e-mail address is rubbermugs@gmail.com so if you could please get in touch i will send you my details and maybe i can send you a little something in return by way of thanks. Your offer is a nice gesture but i've been after Nicks Autograph for some time. I'd feel better returning the favour somehow. I was actually going up to see him just as he was getting up to leave. I figured he'd probably had a long day so i left him alone.
  9. I'm just unlucky then i guess, was trying at various times throughout the day last week. I managed to get through today however so problem solved thanks :)
  10. Tried that a few times bud, no reply. Will be trying again this week though.
  11. Thanks but i think we have more chance of seeing Sly Stallone and Jack Nicholson on the guestlist than i have of getting a spot booked! lol
  12. Lol, no problem. Yeh i figured the waiting list would be extensive, just better to have tried i thought. I only need a small 6 foot stall so i'm hoping there is more chance for someone who requires a smaller space in the event of a cancellation. I did contact them about the Midlands event but they had no record of my e-mails. They may have already recified that but if i don't get a reply to my mails now, it's best to be sure they received it.
  13. I've mailed you a couple of times and i couldn't get any answer on the phone all week from you so this is my last resort. I was hoping to contact you to ask if i can go onto your waiting list for stallholders please. Little chance of actually getting one now i realise but the longer i leave it, the less chance i will have. We wanted to test the waters at the Midlands event first and since we nearly sold out, i figured it would be safe now to branch out and offer a wider range of our goods at some more venues. Last time i tried contacting you, you didn't receive my e-mails so could you please "unspammify" my e-mail address please? Thanks a lot. Disclaimer: I realise "unspammify" isn't a word, but it should be, lol.
  14. I missed getting his autograph because our stall got so busy If anyone has a non presonalised one they would consider selling, please let me know. Sorry to go off topic there... back to the car thing :)
  15. Brilliant news. Thanks for kicking this venue off with what is shaping up to be a perfect lineup of guests! I'm more than impressed. I've got one of the lads working our stall at this event, and he is a real hardcore fan of Bruce. He will probably collapse when i tell him, lol.
  16. Yeh, popular then if it helps :) He's still a fairly big name in the film industry regardless, i know what you mean but just because he has attended a few of these events doesen't make him any less of a "big name" than he ever was. He's still a busy actor who is never stuck for work and i think it's pretty refreshing to see someone attending these events who doesen't actually rely on them for income now. I've met many guests at past events and it's always a pleasure. I've only ever met one who seemed to have an attitude problem, but sometimes you just get the feeling that certain guests are just there for the money. Anyone who has met Rob will tell you he is passionate about meeting his fans and you can see he really enjoys it. I've been telling friends and aquaintances about this event since i heard about it and they all suddenly want to go now they know Rob is attending. Not many of them are really into the horror genre either.
  17. Cool thanks. Will call you on Monday then... the throat is getting better now :)
  18. Have you got details such as your maximum budget and the date these are required by? I may be able to help.
  19. Hi, My apologies for posting this query here. I've e-mailled the address given on the site twice now regarding renting a stall at the Coventry event. I haven't received a response yet, and i understand the organisers are probably still working on the details, but i will need to know within the next week or two wether we can book a space, and if so other details such as the cost, time of arrival, etc. If we can get a stall booked, we can then work on getting suitable stock together but i don't want to do this and then find out later that we can't get a spot. The stock takes time to produce so the earlier i know, the better. I'd call you on the number given on the site, but i've got that throaty cold thing at the moment and you'll probably just think i'm a pervert or something with the whispery voice, lol. I'm pretty difficult to understand on the phone right now. Sorry if i seem impatient, but i figured my emails may have not been received or something. Better to try asking here rather than missing out altogether. :)
  20. I'd say Robert Englund is a pretty big name. Horror is a popular genre and he's well known to most people who follow it. Who you view as a big name celeb depends entirely on what shows/movies you are interested in. He's got a pretty impressive CV because he was working with Tobe Hooper in the early days, his character in "V" was one of the most memorable, and he had many smaller roles before that in such films as St Ives starring Charles Bronson. Not to mention Freddy, one of the few big horror icons of recent times. Ok, i'm into horror in a big way so maybe i'm biased slightly, but i have a photo on my wall of Rob holding one of my masks, and all visitors wether they are into horror or not always recognise him. I'm really pleased we will be having him in Coventry, and i know a few others that are happy about it too.
  21. Thankyou thankyou thankyou !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yay, Rob is one of the coolest guys i've ever met, will certainly be getting a photo session booked for this one :) Oh and just in case i forgot to say... Thankyou!
  22. Yeh, i have a really cool pic of me standing next to his waist, lol.
  23. Kiwi 7, Well done mate. the FSID is a charity which is close to my heart having lost a son myself in 1991 from cot death. I wasn't aware that Colin had experienced it too but i take my hat off to anyone who goes through this and remains sane. Respect to you and to Colin.
  24. Yay! At last i can get him to sign one of my Davros masks Thanks for this one guys.
  25. I'm so pleased to hear the Coventry venue is up and running. It's a 5 minute trip from my house so i can afford to be at every one of these. Milton Keynes and Manchester are my usual venues but trains can be a pain. Anyways... here are my suggestions. George Romero (just did a small amount of work for him recently, nice guy) Eileen Dietz (A good friend of mine and she loves attending UK venues. Her manager Chris is also George's manager) Robert Englund Kane Hodder Any cast members from Halloween 2007 Lisa Wilcox Tom Atkins Tom Savini Rick Baker Doug Bradley Terry Molloy (I want to get one of my Davros masks signed) Pretty much any of the cast of the newer Dr Who's (For my 7 yr old son who is a total Who addict) As you can see, i'm more into horror related actors, but there is usually one or two stars at these events i want to meet. I'll add to this list maybe, that's just the first few i thought of.
