Do to the organisers booth and they will help. You may get sent to the photo sessions, but go to the org booth first. Unless your pgoto shoot is early in the day please leave it until 10:30-11am before asking as the org booth is always very busy first thing with people asking things, paying by credit card, buying photo session tickets, picking up gold passes etc etc etc. Thanks very much I'm going to tip the house upside down and try and find it tonight I hope I do so I can avoid going to the organisers booth. What does it mean about purchasing a programme to the show with my ticket? Sorry if its a stupid question I've never purchased a photo shoot until now.

If you lose a photo session ticket but have proof of purchase do showmasters help you out?
