I'm with Tompain100 apart from where they in Doctor Who lol Other guests for me its if I know their work how ever primarily its the COST ! But that's just my own personal preference

Yes you can if your quick enough as I've done it loads of times on DVD covers and interestingly wet paint can remove dry paint if its the same splodge ie you cant go over it again with a paint pen to remove the dry paint ( does that make sense ? Well it does to me lol ) How ever if you have a splodge on a Non Porous surface ie not paper or a photo you can use nail varnish to remove paint pen splodges so if your doing a action figure and you get the plastic signed and it splodges you can remove it no probs ( he says lol )

Errrr I would disagree with you on that one ! What about Daniel Craig ? Apparently he " May " be the stormtrooper from The Force Awakens. He's meant to be the one that Rae uses her Jedi Mind Trick on to escape. You know the scene when she says ' you will drop your gun ' or something like that lol. Or even Michael Leader ? He is one of the most famous Eastenders extras. He was in it longer than some of the regulars lol And you call yourself a Doctor Who fan ? lol Although to be fair you haven't I'm just going by your name on here lol How ever its all in the Eye of the Beholder lol

Generally paint pens work best on glossy paper ( ie shiny lol ) rather than say normal paper you may use to print letters on at home if that makes sense ? So these would work very well on a poster. And yes you do run the risk of them " Splodging " how ever they are normally fine if they are looked after and the guest isn't heavy handed ! Although a lot of people think they take ages to dry they don't ! Its quicker than you think although best leave it for a couple of mins just to be safe. As for them drying out well I've got silver paint pens that are years old and STILL work unlike Silver Sharpies that can and have dried out in a matter of weeks ! And yes I do store them correctly ie nib down lol So if I was you and you have found a paint pen that you like I would go for it. Just look after it, tell the guest not to be heavy handed ( in a nice way of course lol ) and when not in use store it correctly as per instructions on the pen.
