  1. wahooo CSI! have met the lab techs: Archie aka Archie Kao, Super Dave aka David Berman, Hodges aka Wallace Langham and Maxine Valera aka Botti Bliss and it ROCKED! would love to meet them again, David and Wallace especially head back to the CSI section and I will bump the topics so you can see, if you'd like to! Would love to meet Bobby Dawson aka Gerald McCullouch, he rocks!! I've not seen enough of NY - YET! - to drool over Adam Ross aka A.J. Buckley but he's cute!!! I agree with ALL your CSI, NCIS and Bones wants!!!!! and WaT but Jack Malone aka Anthony LaPaglia would be my top man!!! (have you seen an early 90s flick called Empire Records?) surfy sah xx Lucky you! I love the lab techs!!! Hodges is my fave! Empire Records is the best, I have it on DVD! I origionally bought it for Rory Cochrane ( I<3 Speed!) and I was watching it going, hey I know that person and that person and wait is that Jack Malone?!?! Woah Hair!!! The guy that plays Jake Berkley in CSI: Mimai is in it, and then I noticed Liv Tyer and Renee Zelweger, and the girl from the craft too!
  2. I really read too much fic! In alot of fandoms! Here ya go: All my fave fics Slash fics Browse around, it's mostly sorted! (I need to go through the recentest ones, I got lazy!) xxx
  3. Oh I love Waking the Dead too!! Trevor Reid would be a cool guy to get!! Didn't Ray Winston do something along these lines last year? I'm sure he did because they filmed it in HEywood!! I've not watched Waking the Dead but it does sound good. I didn't know it was English.
  4. I could rec you plenty but I don't write xxx
  5. I liked music mania. H from steps was really nice! Although there was only really people who happened to be in MK there.
  6. Brokeback Crime Lab for the win!! (Danny/Flack). They are just too cute together. I also love Adam Ross so Adam/Flack, Adam/Danny, Adam/Mac are good too! As for Miami, I'm a Speed/Ryan fan, unconventional I know! They just seem like they should be together even they had no time together in the show. Oh, and Horation/Speed for the pre-Ryan days! My Vegas OTP will always be Nick/Greg, then Nick/Grissom and OT3 of Gil/Nick/Greg! Can you tell I never read het?! :)
  7. I went for CSI (hoping it would be all three) I'd love it if you could get some lab techs over here Walace Langham, A.J. Buckley, Gerald McCullouch, Archie Kao, David Berman (Super Dave!), Boti Bliss. And of course the big ones (for me) Eddie Cahill, Rory Cochrane (although he's not in Miami anymore), George Eads, Jon Togo, Carmine Giovinazzo, Eric Szmanda, Gary Sinise, David Caruso, William Petersen, Louise Lombard, Marg Helgenberger. Of course not on the list is NCIS, which I'd go to (Michael Weatherly wins at life! And Sean Murray too and Pauley Perrette) Or Criminal Minds (shown pretty late and only on season 1 over here, so few people know of it. I love Mattew Gray Gubler and Thomas Gibson and Kirsten Vangsness) And Numb3rs (but again hardly anyone over here has heard of it) Or Without a Trace ( I <3 Martin and Danny/Eric Close and Enrique Murciano) Or a combo of all the above!!!!! Yay for Procedural Crime Dramas!!!!!! ETA And Bones!!!! Yay for Eric Millegan and of course David Boreanaz
  8. I'm thinking that, although I'd love a CSI only convention, it wouldn't appeal to the country as a whole. BUT here's an idea: All/lots the procedural shows at once. Including (the ones that I know of) Bones Cold Case Criminal Minds CSI CSI: Miami CSI: New York Law and Order Law and Order: Special Victims Unit Law and Order: Criminal Intent NCIS Numb3rs Without a Trace Anyone got any more to add to the list?
  9. From Autographica.co.uk So Tony Curtis is a no for Autographica then.... In keeping with the conspiracy theories harumpted outside the hall on presentation of the flyer, SM might try to put a totally A-grade list up for the Cov show, thus reducing the decency of a list elsewhere.. ... I don't know, it's the one flyer I didn't manage to pick up today! I'm going tomorrow too so If no-one can tell you, I'll let you know tomorrow evening. As for making Cov really good, I hope they don't try to detract from other places Manc is the next weekend. And the Heroes thing the next weekend. (Although I've not really liked Autographica, but that's just me) I think what guests come to these depends on how far they are willing to travel/what dates they can do etc You never know, we might be super lucky and all the Heroes guys come for a 3 week easter holiday and they do Cov, Manc and Eclipse!! I wish!
  10. You get handed alot of leaflets round Manc. Generally it's easier to hold on to them til you can find a bin for it out of their line of site! It makes them feel better about it I think. What could be seen as rude was probably just him being curious though, Glasgow is pretty far away from here.
  11. Lovely pics guys! I love how Malcolm McDowell looks like a Gryffindor in that scarf!
  12. Adrian was lovely! He has an extreemly nice voice in person and I swear he's better looking than on tv! Then he recognised me whe I had my photo taken with him!
  13. Woo, Collectormania Midlands!! In Coventry. And Inara from Firefly is set to be going.
  14. well yes ive got an early bird ticket so wil lthis help and make a major difference? Not necessarily major, but it'll give you an hour on quite alot of people (possibly up to 800), meaning your VQ tickets will be alot lower number.
  15. Yay long queues ^__^ oh well and I'm not really bothered about seeing any of the guests so going for the stalls, atmosphere and fun ^___^ Thanks I that case, get there at 11, wander round a bit, nip to Starbucks for a moccachoccawoppacinco while you decide how badly you need that second lightsaber, go back in and spend like you mean it! Have a great day Just get there for 11ish, you'll still have a bit of queue because they're expecting so many people. Have some fun, go wild and buy random stuff, that's I always do! And Sazzra, what's a moccachoccawoppacinco? The starbucks people now know exactly what I drink every day, I think they'd be amazed if I went inand asked for something else, but this name intriegues (sp?) me. Something I made up because I was bored Ah cooly I'll just ask for the normal when I go in at 7.30 tomorrow morning! Oh, woe the early hour!

  17. Just incase anyone else needs help: A really easy way to get to the actual centre is to find the tram line from picadilly gardens and folow it west along the front of primark, down the road, past the library and then down the street. There's a premiere travel inn on the left (possibly the one your at GraemeMc ) and then GMex is abit furthur down on the right. Either walk it or get on the actual tram! it'll take you barely 10 mins walking. And a mile in Manc will only take you about 15/20 mins brisk walk, there's short cuts through everywhere. (I have that every day to get to uni and it feels like nothing)
  18. I walked up there today to check I knew where it was and it looks bigger than I thought it was, we won't have any problems fitting in!
  19. Colectormania Cornwall has quite a ring to it in my opinion! XD Although it's pretty far from Manc so I wouldn't actually be able to go unless it was the summer holidays
  20. That's sweet of him! I think 'force of life of the uk' should be on a t-shirt, with 'heroes fan' on the back...
  21. Cooly, gives me a bit of time to have a wander round then :)
  22. Hey, just wondering. On the Sunday will McDowell's talk be just him about his stuff or it there a possibility of Adrian Pasdar being there for some of it too? It looks like it could clash with James Marsters' photo shoot, so I'm wondering whether or not to get a ticket for the talk.
  23. Yeah I'm thinking of arriving early too but looking out at the frost I'm begining to think that standing outside for an hour or 2 isn't such a good idea!? I may freeze to death. What is the earliest time that mad people start queuing? I believe Showmasters have suggested that there may be upwards of 1000 people queueing at opening time on both days. I'm crewing Sat but going about an hour early on Sun to make sure I can get to Adrian. Yeah, I'm thinking I'll aim to be there for 7.30/8 and scope out the crowd. If the early bird queue isn't too huge, I'll do that. Otherwse the normal queue shouldn't be too big that early!
  24. Frost? *peeks out window* Can't see any grass to tell but there's condensation on my window!
