I am just not looking in the correct place or are gold passes not yet available????

Guys I was a newbie last year and panicked too. I ordered a gold pass which I was dubious about picking up on the day. Staff brilliant I had my printed ticket. They found me in the queue and gave me my band. I had a moment with my Robert Englund diamond pasd but after a phone call to the right folks turned up early as I was in holiday. All I would say is don't panic. Even if it's not on place the staff in purple shirts were brilliant and sorted any entry issues on the day

Yeah James I found the same I had a gold pass and made it right to the front with most guests. The bigger ones were called in diamond pass number order. So I would suggest gold pass is a must,but if you can afford a diamond pass too, If it's a guest you really want to see its worth it. I did this and saw everyone and everything I needed to without rushing like a mad thing from guest to guest, and the chill out zone is a godsend!!

Hi Is anyone else still waiting for Diamond passes to arrive. I ordered my Robert Englund pasd 2 months plus ago. I have chased it but still no pass. Getting close now!!

Continued do you have to queue to pay for these before you join the queue with your gold pass. Or do you pay per artist in each separate queue. Any help appreciated.

As a first time visitor after a lot of research I have purchased a gold pass for Sunday as well as a diamond pass for Robert Englund and a pre booked photo with Lea Thompson at the moment. I understand the process of the VQ now. But if anyone can help with this. If on the day (sunday) there are photo or autograph oppwrtuin
