How much did the talk chairs go for? I saw on the Saturday auction that Mulgrew's went for £140 and Patrick Stewart's £200 I think. I heard Shatners went for £400 on Sunday! What about Avery Brooks and Scott Bakula chairs?

Whens the next DSTL? Any chance we will get one every year like they do in Las Vegas?? As you've said this was the biggest Star Trek event in the world, so we all know there is the demand for it here in the UK!

I asked one of the organisers, the guy who hosted the opening ceremony (not dr who!) and captains talks, the same question. He didnt seem too confident that there would be a DVD. The cameras were provided by a different company not Showmasters and they were only there to video for the big screens.

Another DSTL gets my vote! Make it so!

Yay for DSTL 2013! Quite a few issues this year which have been covered in various threads. But I would definitely go again if the organisers do one next year! Any idea if it is at all possible?

Wow, they really did make a selling point about everything and anything no matter how small. Hardly see how the ticket is an "exclusive collectors card", better rummage through the bin and find my "collectible"!

Hi on the ticket sales site it states as part of the Gold Ticket we would get a "Exclusive Gold Collectors Card". Did any Gold Ticket holders get one of these? And what exactly is it? Thanks

Will there be a Closing Ceremony? What time does it close on Sunday? This isn't mentioned on the timetable. I want to know what time the actors will start leaving. Thanks

Went past his desk 4 or 5 times yesterday and he was never there. I saw him there today (Saturday) in the afternoon, but there was a big queue. Will try him tomorrow!

Thanks Queen Sindel and 1of2, I will get to the Shatners talk 10 minutes after its scheduled to start and take the risk that its running late! Agreed Phil, I really hope there is a DVD for the convention! I havent had the time to go to most of the free talks either

The Patrick Stewart talk I had today was delayed by 15 minutes, so I'm guessing the Shatner talk will be delayed too due to the amount people trying to get in. When the shutter comes down, are people allowed in late once the talk has started? I was under the impression that once the door has closed you've missed out on the whole thing regardless of how far into it they are.

Hi, I have noticed that for all the talks (free and paid) there have been cameras filming. They have been showing on the big screens at the stages but are they also recording the footage? Will there be a DVD of the convention showing all the talks? The reason I ask is because I missed one of the free talks today, Combs Alaimo & Biggs, due to there being no seats left! I can't make tommorows either as I have Shatners talk at the same time. Is Shatners likely to start on time? I've seen that Combs talk starts 10 minutes earlier than Shatners so I'm thinking of going there for the first bit and then heading to shatners after a little while. My concern is that they won't let me in to the main stage if I am late.
