Should I be concerned that we booked our photo ops last week (got them today) with numbers lower than 15?? Not many people booked Kai's photo op?

Sadly I've already heard he'll be at another event... I second the Buffy guests suggestion! James Marsters and Eliza Dushku please :) Also I met Naoko yesterday and she's lovely so she'd be great for the tour.

more Torchwood guests! Before they all get booked by other organisers :/

Sadly Eve is at an American con the same dates as this, as is Gareth David Lloyd. Disappointment doesn't come close at this stage...... Thankfully we still have Kai :) Bit concerned that Kai is the only guest announced so far! Eve and Gareth busy and Barrowman bound to be busy too as he's a regular at the event Eve is doing. How is Kai going to do all the tours on his own? Tis a shame, I'm quite disappointed about Eve tbh! Why were these guests not booked when the con was announced? They now have other commitments!

This is why I like weekend cons, I book a room at the venue and keep my stuff there until I need it. I take nothing down with me for photo ops, then go back up and grab my autograph stuff I need and just have it all to hand whilst in the queue to speed things up. At signing events, I have a rucksack and keep it in there neatly until I need it. It's not difficult to hold onto your things. Hand things you don't need like your coat in to the cloakroom and make sure you have what you do need. If you seriously have that much stuff, then bribe a friend with food or an autograph even

It can be anything! Cosplays I've done before are Donna Noble and PC Cooper Oh and 11th Doctor!! Planning another Gwen Cooper related one and possibly also a Dollhouse related one :)

I can only assume not since the last entry is 3:30pm and they advise an hour and a half to go round the whole thing! Or at least they did at the London one when I went :) I'd rather it wasn't as we're planning to go there on either the Friday when we arrive or Monday morning

We booked the travelodge :) £77 overall with Saturday night being £31! Not bad :)
