I just hope all the shoots are nicely spaced apart ive got 6 booked for saturday and 3 booked for sunday so far. maybe if they sat ben and chris together at the signing tables you could maybe get a chance when its quiet to have a joint photo with them same with jeri and tim

As I mentioned earlier So as long as attendees obey the instructions it shouldn't be an issue anymore. at last years event there were too many photos for the tables and were overlapping each other so it was Inevitable that people were going to touch them ive been to many other events around the county and they put the photos in a wallet I cant see what the big problem is people are giving you good ideas at least consider them.

I dont really care as long as distribution is handled better than previous years maybe put the photos in clear plastic wallets that would stop the finger print problem at very little expense considering what most people pay out for photoshoots each event

upload all the photos to website so people can click which are theres and have them sent out no clammering round tables waiting for photos to arrive then photos could be sent with a disk with the digital copies this would also save you money having to pay for extra staff to man tables

This is shaping up 2 b best event ive gone to ive had to start buying the shoots 4 sunday as saturdays pretty full up with planned shoots love it plz announce some more soon

I would say it depended on how many photoshoots you are planning to get in. I had quite a lot last year and was cutting it fine gettin to them all with the queues etc. so in that respect being able to jump straight to the front of every queue is worth it but its obviously a lot of money. would be more worth while if they threw in a few complimentary photoshoots but thats just my opinion
