Hello, my name is Jack Shephard, and I'm an Oxycotin addict. Okay - we're going to run out of comedy intros soon and I wanted to get that one in. My name is Kate, I'm 20, I'm a final year English student. Oh I'll be 21 by the time the convention rolls around. It'll be my second, LFCC being my first. I love Lost, I love books, I get annoyed with people when they don't use proper SPaG. I'll be coming with my best friend and fellow Lost addict, Sam, and we're trying to convince a few other people to go too. Finally, I'm going to Hawaii for the second time on the 18th of March, and getting a week between home and Lockdown. So this Easter is going to be a big Lost fest for me. Hopefully the new season will provide me with interesting locations to visit. And this time I'll be old enough to drink the mai tais!

Gosh you guys are pessimistic. I don't see anything wrong with hoping for things. I don't think it's something you can just turn off anyways. I think we all know that any of the big four is unlikely to the extreme, but there's nothing wrong with wanting to meet them anyways!

I agree, they're both great. I think they have different strengths: Lost is much better at character, and Heroes is much better at doling out answers every week. But Lost has a long term story in mind, and Heroes in not. Both of these methods have strengths and weaknesses I think.

they wouldnt do a last min thing for a con though milo/adrian were only signed up because they were already in london for the world tour. and with lockdown/eclipse, they'll wanna sell all the photoshoots and stuff in advance. doesnt rule out evie and josh, but i cant see a last minute thing happening im sure elizabeth is nice, but juliet.....hm...... i can see naveen doing it though. just a weird hunch Oh yes, I'm very aware of the situation with LFCC being very different with the HWT. I was following it obsessively in the hope that Milo and Adrian would be announced. All I'm saying is, there's no harm in hope, and you never know, you might get good results!

Evie and Josh are my absolute favourites, without a shadow of a doubt. I'll keep hoping for them til we get there (hey, Milo Ventimiglia was my favourite on Heroes, and he wasn't announced for LFCC til the day before - dreams come true people!) The other two making up my own personal big four (don't get me wrong, I love Terry as much as the next girl, but we already pretty much ruled him out) are Naveen Andrews and Elizabeth Mitchell. I just can't get enough of those two on the show. I'd also be ecstatic with Emilie de Ravin, Daniel Dae Kim, Yunjin Kim and Jorge Garcia. I'm pretty easy to please when it comes down to it, lol.

Yeah I've seen pictures of Evi and Josh both happily signing away. Bless them. I've also seen Daniel, Harold, Jorge, Yunjin and Emilie looking to be thoroughly enjoying themselves. I don't recall ever seeing/hearing of MF or Terry at cons (I guess Terry's reason was explained above and that's sad but hopefully he'll come in the future). I guess most other people are new to the show and so might not have had the opportunity yet.

The guest announcements are happening at 8pm. They said on Friday that 'maybe' there would be guests for Lockdown announced tonight. So ... no wonder no one has been announced. It's not 8pm yet.

Well I figured it was: Sawyer > Jack Jack < Sawyer (Sawyer greater than Jack, Jack less than Sawyer) I always had problems with maths at school, and remembered it by the fact that the small end of the symbol points to the less than end, and the big open bit points to the greater than end. LOL. Lost really does connect to anything huh?

I agree with the OP. And okay, Eclipse is first - by two weeks. Hardly a big gap. I'm hoping that Showmasters have been working on guests who simply aren't ready to commit yet. Perhaps they will this side of Christmas, especially with no end in sight to the strike, and the high chances that they'll have to go on strike themselves in June. Obviously Eclipse and Lockdown aren't going to be identical. But what frustrates me is the amount of announcements that have been going round recently - every time I hope we'll get one, and every time I'm disappointed. Even an announcement like the party themes would be very cool.

I'm a student too, one that doesn't work because i want to be able to concentrate on my degree where i have 18 hours of contact time a week. I'm sorry but if you can barely afford food then maybe you need to consider just how well you can afford this. I'm not saying you shouldn't do it, far from it, i'm just pointing out that maybe your money priorities are a little a skew. Thankfully my boyfriend paid for my gold ticket to Eclipse and i'm paying him back by buying him two tickets to other events and giving him the rest in cash, after those three events theres no way i can afford Lockdown too so I'll have to give that one a miss. Well, I do work, and I have help with money too. I wasn't asking for your opinion on my financial situation, I was simply qualifying why I may be a little more worried than others right now. I think that, having spent £200 on this, looking at Eclipse and going 'well they're already getting twice the guests than we are' is unavoidable. It's a lot of money, and seeing other people getting their money's worth whilst I may be - for want of a better expression - getting ripped off, is making me all the more impatient. It's not ideal, it's not doing anyone any good, but I don't know what showmasters or anyone else expects since this is the second round of guest announcements lately, and the second time we won't be getting any news. I just feel - and I know there are others who agree with me - that this event has been a bit neglected. Maybe I over-worry, but as a student I can barely afford food, and this expense looks more and more unjustifiable as the weeks go by.

I was just wondering whether Lockdown would be one of the events with a guest announcement tomorrow or not? I don't want to get my hopes up unnecessarily again.

I was like, 'should I go to Lockdown or Eclipse' but went with Lockdown in the hopes that I can meet Josh or Evi (my favourites - as you know hehe) and so I can meet some of you guys. Plus I go to Hawaii the Tuesday after Eclipse so I'd just be tired getting to Heathrow etc. And in spite of all that I'm worried I made the wrong choice. I'm hoping though we'll start to get more guests after Christmas. I mean the cast are more likely to know if they'll have the time to do it then - it is an extremely long trip, after all.

It's not looking likely now is it? I'm getting more and more antsy about it, what with the ratio of Eclipse to Lockdown guests at the mo.

I would probably try to go if it was an exciting event, however, being a poor student I can barely justify going to Lockdown, let alone another one right now!

This is what Gregg said on Friday: So my thinking is that either Kristen got the wrong end of the stick from Damon, or there are another 6 episodes partway through the writing process but not yet finished. I'd rather believe first hand info from Gregg, than second hand from Kristen.
