When exactly are these 'automatic' refunds going to be done? I have a Pedro and Natalie and was assured it would be ASAP but when exactly is that as there's been no mention of the refunds yet anywhere?

When are we likely to get a refund? Or can we get a cash refund at the show? I really want to use the money for Pedro and Natalie for other GoT shoots but can't afford it without a refund

I've got a high ticket number (in the 600s) for Natalie Dormer on Sat but i have to leave by 4pm so won't be able to make the later shoot at 5.25pm. Will i be able to get in the earlier shoot?
