Hi everyone, Thanks for the replies. Still no trace of my booking apparently - but I managed to speak to a really helpful lady this morning at the hotel who made me a whole new reservation. So I can breath again Fingers crossed everyone else's booking are ok. And I'll stop worrying once I sit my backside on that bed!! Now....I can go pack

Hi all, Having a panic here. I contacted the hotel Thursday as I only had the confirmation number they gave me when I phoned to book. No email confirmation was ever received. When I contacted them, they say they have no booking in my name and the confirmation number I have is for someone called Heather Sharpe (def not me). Soo..........it looks like the reservations have been mixed up by the hotel and they can't find mine. It might be worth other people double checking if they haven't already - and if Heather Sharpe is on here, have you got my booking! On a more serious note, I'm hopping mad. Third day of contacting the hotel tomorrow to try and sort this. So much for booking on the day the hotel code was released. I hope not too many people are affected. (me - the one sobbing in the corner) Any advice...please..........

Silver 06 for me! Wasn't expecting such a low number

This is a thinking out loud question here - so bear with me I'm wondering if there will be a limit on how many autos they'll let John sign at a time as he's only there for the one day. Just a thought as I have a few things I'd love to get signed, but I think I'll be prioritising them as it's only fair that everyone gets at least one thing signed

I think the whole day wasn't as hot or as busy as I was dreading. Got there at 9.30 so managed to miss any major confusion on the front doors, but still had trouble as there was a group of people on the steps all chatting that were blocking the signs (cue me wondering around aimlessly for a few mins ). Once inside, easy to find VTs, and the stages etc. Place felt a bit gloomy inside though, like being a carpark. Think the queuing system for the talks failed a bit at times. Not much incentive to queue in an orderly line when other people are walking straight up to the front and being let in. Plus this was the first ever photo shoot (and I've been to a few) where I got completly lost in the queue and no-one seemed to know where anyone should be. Still, on the positive side, I did get to visit the people at the back, in the middle and at the front of the queue all in the space of a couple of mins Biggest request of all? PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE can someone ask the guy who was handing the mic around during the talks to crouch down instead of just standing there in the middle looking a bit lost? He did a wonderful job of blocking the view for people behind him - thanks!!

Him and Kai together would be a great double act - plus he covers new and old Torchwood......as well as just being damn funny

Good news.....is he just there on the one day though? The latest notice I've seen on Twitter suggests he's just there on the Sunday...
