Well you go to the bar and ask for a drink, theres some exercise.
With your drink in one hand raise it serveral times to your mouth, some more exercise!

now that is the best plan i have heard of and regular participate, although i have to walk to the fridge, but i'm sure that still counts, trouble is i spoil all that hard effort by having an indian.

Not really.
The walk to the fridge is exercise.  The you have to put the empty in the bin, more exercise.  You have to get the phone to call the indian, even more exercise.  Then there is going to the door to collect it.
Finally, running to the toilet the day after!

alas i have no booze tonight, which is a shame, i am however toying with the idea of getting an indian, only because i can't be arsed to cook again tonight.

anything tends to go apart from guiness, bitter, pernod.  i'm looking forward to meeting up with everyone it's a shame we have to wait until october.  and yes copious amounts of booze will be drunk on the 3rd, mostly by me,'cause you lot won't be able to keep up. lol

Lessons are charged at £100 per evening, you will be required to supply both your own and my booze.
