Can't find e validation ticket when making extra order

Hey Guys and Girls

 

One day to go woop, now to be serious I want to order some extra stuff while I'm at work today and I'm restricted to my mobile. Get to the end of the order and I can't find the validation ticket button.

 

Any help here would be great, using Android if that helps.

There seems to be some issues ordering on mobiles and tablets, I tried to make an order yesterday and couldn't add the validation, eventbrite are aware of the issue but I'm afraid I can't advise much more than wait until you can either access a computer or try and buy on the day.

So I just did a dummy run on my own android phone and it seems that on mobile web the same issue as on ipads occurs where yes you can't click on the validation - using the eventbrite APP however the validation does appear at the bottom under 'additional items' and you can add it.
