julieannboo
Someone waited four hours in line to get in there and see her photoshoot scrubbed out. None of the volenteers knew what was happening when asked. Understandably things happen and people have to cancel but in future it might be good if you tell the volunteers why a guest isnt there and also tell people in the queue. just a bit of advice there - good business practice. julieannboo
why wasnt this forwarded on to volunteers then? Edited July 12, 2014 by julieannboo
Queen_Sindel
why wasnt this forwarded on to volunteers then? I don't know who was asked. But the volunteers get information about their areas. The signing areas should have known (or if they didn't they should have directed you to the pit boss), the Organisers Booth would have known as would the Sales Table. As for other areas, they normally do not deal with guests (the photo areas only know about the ones on their schedule) and simply don't have this info. If any of the areas I gave as "should have known" did not know then it was likely missed because she was one of the two last minute cancellations. Unfortunately we're all still humans and mistakes can happen.
