state Posted July 5, 2013 Share Posted July 5, 2013 Hi, I ordered some tickets last week and Royal Mail have managed to lose them somewhere and won't be able to get them to my home by Monday at the earliest. How can I go about getting a refund from Showmasters? I've seen other posts where people are advised to bring along their email confirmation but to be honest Nicole De Boer pulling out has put a downer on the show and I can't be bothered to go anymore. adriangill Posted July 5, 2013 Share Posted July 5, 2013 It depends on what tickets you require refunds for? Some of the cancelled guests are being refunded automatically. Others would require you to send in the tickets for a refund. If you have photo/talk tickets for guests that are still attending then you will not receive a refund for those.
