Wrong tickets

Hi, have received wrong ticket, ordered standard entry family ticket for Sunday but only received 1 adult ticket. Will the confirmation email be enough to get correct ticket at event. Have emailed but on reading previous posts not expecting a response. Thank you

Yes bring whatever you received and the email confirmation and show that to the crew.

 

I also received the wrong tickets (ordered 2 Saturday standard entry + 2 Saturday photoshoots (same guest), Received 2 Sunday entry + 1 Saturday photoshoot). Can we still use the "Advanced Booking Queue" on entry? What about the photoshoot? Many thanks for any help.

Bring your confirmation email along with what tickets you have and you should be fine for entry; photoshoot tickets you'll have to sort out at the info desk with your confirmation email.
