Showmasters Admin Too Tall Posted February 12, 2013 Showmasters Admin Share Posted February 12, 2013 Friday evening - Please note that the opening ceremony will be taking place 30 minutes later than usual (at 7:30pm), meaning everything after this (gold pass drinks and main party) will also start 30 minutes later than usual. We've found that people pretty much sort themselves out. Even if all attendees are about at one time, around 50ish will be at the photo shoot so that only leaves 200 max getting autographs and with 4 guests signing that's only 50ish people per queue. So it all works it's self out. We still call the photos in ticket order gold 1-30, gold 1-60 and so on....as we don't want all 200+ attendees turning up at 10am at the photo shoot and then have no one for autographs 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
