I dunno, I think it must kinda draw out some basic instinct in my Scottishness where I see a guy in a kilt and I'm like "I Want!". Billy, like many many Scottish men, looks awesome in his kilt, and it's very nice to see him wear it so often. I like to see a guy who's true to his roots.
