Just because a person is insane enough to be crew does not mean that they will have time to stand and stare/drool at a famous person. It is often the case that you will hae a greater chance of meeting a guest if you come and visit the show. Being crew is very hard work, and often people do not have the time or the opportunity to enjoy the show in the same way the masses do. At C4 (It WAS explosive!) my tasks for the weekend involved making sure that guests had sufficent quantities of coffee (and tea, sandwiches, coca cola etc) in their "green rooms" I was also involved in a last ditch attempt to bring water to Middleton Hall on Sunday. The result of my scurrying around supplying liquids was Houdinia giving me the nickname of CoffeeDude. The only reason that I use Waterboy on the forum is that for some reason the system would not let me use the tag of CoffeeDude. I am not the same cheerful chappy who trotted round Wembley supplying a columbian mix to all and sundry over last weekend. However I do think that a backpack mounted supply system was very clever.
