Just see on the BBC website that they are showing a collection of programes about the Battle of Britain in September, inlcuding a drama documentary based on the experiences of Geoffrey Wellum who has attended Autographica as a guest on a number of occasions:

This looks to be a great add from the BBC about the above, i am a member of the Battle Of Britain Histrorical soc and hope to go on the 70th aniversary flight on Aug 28th to celebrate the BOB.

Lets get the heros back and try and add some new names there are still a few like the Polish Air Force that never received any thanks from the UK, after the war ended.

Please lets have them back witout fail and show them what they mean to us.

I love watching these type of programs. With my Grandfather (Dad's side) based in North Africa and Italy during WWII, and my other Grandfather (Mum's side) based in England as ground crew to the brave pilots, I find these windows into what they did interesting to say the least.
