I bought my ET4 ticket on a computer hotel on the sat before they closed the online shop, it said I had successfully bought my ticket yet I have no email confirming this and the money hasnt come out of my bank account yet. Is there any way someone from showmasters can let me know they got my payment or if I need to buy it again (I bought a Gold and im worried it didnt go through and will not be able to get one before they run out!)
