What happens if you photo shoot tickets haven't arrived

By the time you leave for London? Can we print out our receipt from the online shop and bring that to the photo queue? Just like to have all my bases covered before I start to panic (I am a worry wart sorry)

Print out your confirmation email or the order page of the online shop. If you have it bring your card statmenet with the transaction on it (do not worry if you don't).

 

Bring these to the Organisers Booth (at the front) not the photo ticket sales at the back. They will then sort it out for you.

So confirmation emails are accepted? My tickets have been sent to me, but one of them is wrong and I'm not sure if they will be able to send the right one out in time.

You'll need to go to the org booth and they'll sort it out for you. If you have confirmation of payment! i.e. the order page saying PAID or a card statement then this is better.

Okay, thanks. I can probably print off a bank statement, would that help? Hopefully it can get sorted out before though. I mean, I've got my other tickets which show I've paid so it should be okay. Sorry to hijack the thread btw!
