Message To Jola (Or anyone that can get in touch wiht Jola)

My Mum sent Jola a message/email and she really needs a reply as we've got a major problem on our hands. Anyone who can message Jola to ask her to reply??? Does this post even make any sense???

I screwed up a bit with one of my tickets and was told to email Jola (I guess that's what you did too?) Haven't had an answer yet but Too Tall said that I should wait a couple of days until it all calmed down...So I think you'll get an answer, but maybe right now there are a lot of emails waiting for Jola, and we need to wait as well :)

Regardless of the amount of orders that have come through I do always try and answer any queries first.

 

I've not got anything outstanding to answer, so if you haven't had a reply from me, it's because I didn't receive anything from you. I *always* respond to every email.

 

In the subject line make sure you put FAO: Jola as well as what the query relates to, so it's easier for me to find.
