I have also read he may be using this as a negotiating ploy to push Eon Productions in to either confirming him for the next Bond movie or someone else , rather than it dragging on and on. Count Fooku Posted August 11, 2004 Share Posted August 11, 2004 From the noises he appears to be making I don't think Brosnan will do it again although the things he is quoted as saying strike me as the sort of quote that could be twisted. I saw a letter in the Radio Times this week suggesting Mark Strong (he played the lead role in the recent BBC2 series The Long Firm) not someone I'd though of before but a possibility.
