It says "event announcement" and the first post specifically says it is a signing. So she's not considered a guest counting for the "4 to 6 guests per event" part. If I recall correctly the last Chevron did have two writer guests too, and they were additional to the normal guests. I'd classify the signing as part of the event becoming "bigger and better", but that's me. Thank you for the answer
