I've just spoken with The Hilton and they will be putting more rooms onto the system very soon! (Within the next hour or so I hope)! I have also let them know that we have a big guest announcement tomorrow night and that they are likely to see a lot of room bookings and so have asked them to bear that in mind when they put extra rooms on today so there are plenty available. How long until the refunds come thought please? x Hi there, We will make a start on them this week but i noticed you were also maybe interested in coming along to Hallowhedon! If you decide you would like to transfer your ticket across to another event then we can obviously do that for you. Hi there, We are very sorry to have to announce that we have to cancel Happily Ever After! After almost a year of trying to secure guests from Once Upon a Time it has finally become clear that we are unable to secure any of the main cast from the show! We have tried every way that we can but at this time it just does not appear to be something we can make happen! Without at least one main cast member the event would not be viable as we know they are the people that everyone wants to meet. At the weekend we also received the news that David Giuntoli was having to cancel his appearance due to work commitments, also leaving us without our main Grimm guest. David wanted us to pass on his apologies and that he hopes to be able to meet everyone at a future event. Unfortunately, all of the above, coupled with the proximity of the event leaves us no choice but to cancel the event. All tickets purchased will be refunded onto the cards they were purchased with. Anyone booked into the Hilton Hotel under the event code will be able to cancel their room without charge. We are very sorry that Happily Ever After wont be taking place and hope that we will be able to bring guests from the series' to one of our signing shows over the next few years. Hi everyone, We are very sad to have to announce that BIll Tangradi will not be able to make ET9! At the very last minute he has been asked to remain in Los Angeles to test for a new pilot show and they needed him today, tomorrow, and possibly Saturday too! Bill has asked me to send his huge apologies as he was really looking forward to seeing you all and having a great weekend. He is very sorry to have to pull out, especially at such short notice. Whilst we are sad that Bill cannot attend we are pleased that he has the exciting opportunity for this new pilot and hopefully we will see him on our tv screens soon! You never know, if he gets this new role he might give us an excuse to bring him back to another event in the near future! I have checked with all the other guests, and in fact Rami, Patrick and Amadou all arrive into the UK in the next couple of hours so they are safely on planes. Judith arrives tomorrow but she is so excited and ready to get on her plane later tonight. The schedule will remain basically the same, although who is talking with who will change a little bit. We will have the new schedule up on the forum in a little bit. Also, in order to at least try and make things up a bit, everyone will be able to get a second autograph from a guest of their choice in place of Bills. All gold and silver pass holders will also be able to get a second photo shoot with a guest of their choice in place of Bills. We still have a great weekend ahead of us with 4 fantastic guests who I know will work extra hard to make up for Bill not being there! Thanks and I look forward to seeing you all tomorrow! Mark

Hi everyone, I just wanted to say that this weekend is gonna be AWESOME! We have something very cool planned for Saturday nights party and the whole event will be great fun! Thank you so much for being with us for the last Twilight event. We not only appreciate your support but also look forward to spending the weekend with you! Twilight has been very special to us in so many ways, right from when we first decided to run an event and had no idea whether anyone would care, all the way through to now when we know that a great many people did care and had an awesome time at 9 Twilight events! We were the first dedicated Twilight event in the world and I believe we are also the last. That is all down to you and I cannot thank you enough for all your support! I hope that I can take the time to give every one of you a hug or shake your hand this weekend. Amy is best known as Fred in Angel, although she also appeared as Dr Claire Saunders in 14 episodes of Dollhouse and as Lin in Cabin in the Woods! Hi all, We always say that we run these events for you and bearing that in mind, and the number of requests we have had on this subject, we have decided that Hallowhedon will remain focused just on the works of Joss Whedon! We will not be combining or bringing in other halloween or horror aspects to the show and you can be assured that Hallowhedon 5 will only feature guests from Joss' shows! You guys are the customers and you have convinced us that what we were looking at doing is not what you guys want and so we are therefore going to ensure that Hallowhedon stays as you want it to be! We hope that this will please everyone. After listening to you all we are sure it is the right thing to do! We hope you will agree we have some really interesting guests already confirmed for Hallowhedon 5 and we certainly have some more to come for you! HI there, Due to the phenomenal demand we have experienced for people wanting to attend this event we have had to move to a different venue with more space! Boxingmania will now take place at Northampton Town Football Club where we have more room to accommodate people and ensure the event is run efficiently and is a great experience for you! There is loads of free parking and the venue is easily accessible from both road and rail. There also numerous places to eat within a one minute walk! We look forward to seeing everyone at Boxingmania in March! Mark

I would like to add my sorrow at the passing of Robin! :-( Robin was a great actor, wonderful person and as many of you will remember an amazingly charming and funny guest! He will be sorely missed by a great many people! Everyone deals with loss differently and I will choose to remember the all the good things about him and celebrate those rather than feel too upset! If I was to sum Robin up very simply I would say he was true gent, and there are not many people you can really say that about! I'm very pleased to have known him! Mark

Hi there, We are very sorry to announce that Middle Earth will no longer be taking place! Jason and I had very much wanted to make this event happen and had hoped that with the release of The Hobbit enough interest would be there. Unfortunately, despite The Hobbit being an AMAZING piece of cinema, with just 16 tickets sold, there just is not enough interest in an event like this to make it viable. We will be bringing as many guests as possible from The Hobbit and Lord of the Rings to some of our signing shows over the coming year and so hope you will enjoy meeting them there. All tickets that were purchased for Middle Earth have already been refunded today onto the cards they were purchased with. It usually takes a couple of days to appear on back in your account but should your refund not be with you by Wednesday of next week then please do contact us on info@collectormania.com We would like to take this opportunity to thank those of you who supported us in trying to bring Middle Earth back to the convention circuit and we hope we will see some of you at our other signing shows. We are pleased to announce that Amadou Ly will be joining us for Eternal Twilight 9! Amadou plays Henri in Breaking Dawn Part 2. Henri is the leader of the French Coven and is ordered by Aro to witness the punixhment he intends to lay on the Cullens. During the final battle Henri is seen working with the Volturi trying to kill Bella. However, Benjamin opens a sinkhole in the ground which the guards fall into and Bella then frees herself from Henri's grip and kicks him in also! I know that Amadou is really excited about meeting you all and experiencing Eternal Twilight! Mark

We are very pleased to announce that Casey LaBow will be joining us at Eternal Twilight 9! Casey plays Kate, one of the Denali sisters, in Breaking Dawn Parts 1 & 2! Kate has the unique power of being able to create a psychic electric shock on her skin which shocks anyone who comes into contact with her! Casey had a really great part in the last two films and we are delighted that she will be joining us at ET9! Mark
