  1. Well, to be honest I'm looking for the metallic ones, but thank you for your post anyway!! That would be really brilliant! I'll send you an e-mail, if that's alright.
  2. They are really good, permanent marker pens and brilliant for autographs because they don't fade. I had a few autographs signed in silver and gold at a different convention last year and they look brilliant. Unfortunately some of the actors at Collectormania 4 didn't bring the best pens and therefore some of my signed photos didn't come out as well as they could have, which is a bit dissapointing because the C4 autographs were much more important to me than the ones I got elsewhere. Come to think of it, maybe they did bring Sharpies, only with such a huge amount of signatures, some where coming to the end of their little lifes by the time I had things signed. In any case I was thinking of bringing along my own pens, just in case (if I can get hold of any, that is).
  3. Can anybody help me? There used to be a thread somewhere (I think in the Collectormania 4 section), where somebody had put some info on where you can order Sharpie pens, but that was quite a while ago and is gone now. Does anybody still have that web address - PLEASE?!!
  4. Yeah, love Jack Black, he'd be a great guest. And just in case he feels a little lonely, he could bring his old buddy David Grohl to keep him company.
  5. It seems like a lot of people got ( in some cases 'spare') tickets with the intention of swapping or selling them before LFaCC. Just a word of warning, if it works like last time, you won't actually know who'll be at a talk until the guests walk into the room. Hopefully I'm wrong, but that's how it worked last time.
  6. I don't have a problem paying for any Talks whatsoever, in fact, I would have been extremely surprised if they were free, after all the actors will want to be paid for doing them. (The LOTR ones at C4 were brilliant!) I do however hope that the Showmasters will let people know exactly who will be attending those talks before they sell tickets for them. After all, you wouldn't go into a shop, hand over a tenner and hope that what the shop assistant puts in the bag for you happens to be to your liking, would you! Hopefully that's not the case anyway, I'm just getting a little worried because SM so far have not made any comments after repeated pleas for clarification (not just from myself). This may have already been answered somewhere else, but does anybody know whether the ticket price includes a screening of a film, the way it did at C4??
  7. How amazing is that! The hours of fun you must have confusing people!!!
  8. Or it could be me and my twin sister, though we're probably older than you two (we're in our 30's ).lol
  9. At the moment I'm planning on turning up at around 7, because I don't think it'll be as bad as C4, where most of the people queuing outside the building went straight for the same 3 or 4 people. If somebody like Elijah Wood (Orlando Bloom, Viggo etc.) were to be added to the line-up, I would probably make it something like 6, possibly even a little bit earlier, but I think 4 is simply too early. You're going to be wrecked for the rest of the day! Whatever you do, arrange to meet other people if you really intend on turning up at 4! Be safe!!!!!
  10. Showmasters, I dearly love you all and to say that I'm happy with the line-up so far would be the understatement of the year!! But could you PLEASE, PLEASE answer my question regarding the guest talks, especially for those of us who have the additional dilemma of having to organise tickets for others as well!!!!! Thank You!
  11. Yay - a HOBBIT! Thank you so much Showmasters! I'll still keep going on about Elijah Wood, just purely because I can't help myself, but getting Billy Boyd is just absolutely brilliant, because I haven't got his autograph yet -and well, because he just rocks! THANK YOU!
  12. I bought the DVD, but I'm saving it for when ROTK has stopped showing at the cinema, so I'll have something to console myself with!!
  13. I assume that all the line up will have been announced by then!? At C4 I had to buy tickets for both nights as I wanted to see Elijah Wood and this was the only way of making sure. But at least I knew who I was going to see by spending the money on getting tickets for both LOTR Talks! SM can you please confirm that we will not be asked to buy tickets for LOTR talks without knowing exactly which guests are coming? Having to pay an additional entrance fee on top of everything else is making LFaCC quite an expensive event anyway, so I'll have to be very careful how much money I'm going to spend on the Talks!! I really hope we won't be asked to buy tickets in the hope that the people who we would most like to see might (or might not) be added to the list at some later date!
  14. Great line-up! Is John Noble the Big LOTR guest we were still waiting for, or is there going to be someone else. Denethor is great and I can't wait to meet him, though personally I'm also still hoping for someone small with hairy feet).

  16. You are pleased, well just imagine how pleased we are! (Could you please ask him to bring a couple of his hobbit friends ) Lawrence rocks!!!! Thanks SM
  17. He's a very, very nice guy!! Lawrence come to C5, I'm not asking politely, that's an order!
  18. Happy Birthday Elijah, hope you have a fun day!!!!!
  19. Sounds very familiar - same thing happened to me!
  20. I've seen some clips and Van Helsing looks absolutely spectacular!!! I can't wait for the film to hit the screens - roll on May! Nothing can really compensate for there not being another Lord Of The Ring installment to look forward to this year, and the LOTR cast is still on top of my wish list (especially Elijah Wood), but Hugh Jackman is rapidly climbing up the list of people I'd like to meet. If he's really going to be in sunny old England around the beginning of May it would be great to see him at C5. Definitely gets my vote!!
