Since the Sunday Richard Harmon shoot totally clashes with the BTTF talk, is there any way I could have my photo with him already on the Saturday? Really looking forward to the talk and wouldn't want to miss any of it. Would be able to fit a photo with him easily into my Saturday schedule.

You should be able to get into the first RDA session yes, if you are concerned explain your clashes to the crew. Once again speak to the crew at the harmon shoot and explain you have the talk they will be able to help. Thank you for the reply! Will talk to the crew and hope for the best :)

A clash question. Or two. I have a Batch 3 ticket for Richard Dean Anderson on Sunday which means my batch will probably be called at the later session. I also have a Batch 1 photo with Richard Harmon on the Sunday. As far as I can see, he's only doing one session. The problem is that I also have a ticket for the BTFF cast talk that clashes with both the second session with RDA and the Richard Harmon session. Is it possible for me to get to the first session on the Sunday for RDA? And also is it possible for me to be among the first ones to get a photo with Richard Harmon so that I can still make it to the BTTF talk (by running)?

Any chances of getting Fab Filippo as a replacement? I've heard he's a really nice guy and interacts with fans on FB and Twitter constantly.

Was quite interested in buying Alexis' autograph beforehand online as well. One reason is of course the limited availability but also wanted to spread my spending around a bit. :) But since the event is now under a month away, I guess the only chance to buy them is at the event itself, right? It's been a few years since my last ME event so just to make sure, are credit cards still accepted for photo/autograph purchases? Trying to figure out how much cash I need to exchange and take with me.

So I've just been unlucky then. I've going to the page every day and just keep getting the "no rooms available at that rate" notice. Will keep on trying :)

Just tried to go and see if any rooms were available and was first excited when I wasn't given the notice that there were no rooms available with the special rate. However, on closer inspection I noticed that the room option I was given had the price £138 per night on it and it was an executive room. Are those rooms now the only option there is? Would be very nice to know if it's even possible there will be more con-rated twin rooms coming up. I fully understand that the organizer is busy with other events but it's been several weeks since I posted this questions for the first time.

So I guess it's all in luck then. Just tried to make a booking and was told there were no rooms with that rate. I guess someone must have cancelled their room or something. Still would be nice to get some kind of message from some official source about the possibility of con-rated rooms.
