Well mine finally I arrived but didn't receive the correct photo. I ordered a Benedict autograph but was not the photo I ordered. Disappointing considering the cost.

I'm devastated as he was such a lovely chap to speak to. Spoke about TCM, it's legacy, the TCM Halloween horror maze and also about getting in the industry, he even took my email address. He was great with every single fan and I'm so glad I got my TCM steelbook signed by him.

Wish we could be given free digital copies for Pamela's photos as they're gonna need some colour/filter editing. A little disappointed if honest.

Over an hour later after trying to rejoin a few more times I've been told the queue is closed. Gold pass made redundant by whoever thought it was a good idea to make the Phelps twins queue open queue. First time in a decade I've been disappointed at LFCC

Between this queue and Zoe's as a gold pass holder I feel let down as the gold pass isn't being utilised by crew. Also still haven't had my John Cleese diamond autograph yet which is worrying.

The queue has snaked massively around and is merging with other queues. They've abondoned VQs and gone open queue but must be over a hundred people here and it's a nightmare .

Golds are being told to join back of Zoe Wanamaker queue and VQs are being allowed in before them. Doesnt this defeat the object of the gold pass?

Any clarifications on getting pics of her and Hoff signed yet or will it be on the day when we know?

I know refunds can take up to 7 days but have they begun processing yet? I've had my email for my Bex refund already but nothing for Mr Koenig. I know and appreciate how busy the office is right now though.
