So gutted. He was the one reason I was attending.

I'm in the same situation bought the tickets for my husband and since then the hospital have put him on crutches. I emailed the address in FAQ but no reply. He is so looking forward to going buy I'm beginning to panic as he refuses to use a wheelchair as he hates being lower then everyone else especially in large crowds.

Does anyone know if there is a separate queuing system for disabled visitors?? I sent an email on Friday and yesterday regarding this but no one has come back to me. Since I bought the tickets as a pressie for my husband he has been put on crutches by the hospital and I'm worried about how long the wait will be outside.
