  1. Ah jeez, I think I was sitting right behind you and that chap during the screening, and I heard him say about 73 times "My point is…" and all I could think was ´my that guy likes to hear himself talking`, going on and on about "Oh Ben had so much help in his life with his parents being actors and his privileged background…" as if that would diminish BC's extraordinary talent or anything. Ah well, to each their own, but this really makes you wonder why he was there in the first place… Poor you! :) Anyway, I enjoyed every minute of Sherlocked, but I must admit it was also rather exhausting…;-) And yes, I'd love to see Ben and Marting together on stage somewhere down the road, so yay for a second con which Martin would be willing to attend. :)
  2. I liked David very much - he was well informed (seemed to be a bit of a Sherlockian himself… ), funny, and he did a great job keeping track of everything!
  3. Oh what a wonderfully exciting event! I think it will take some time for all the little details and puzzle pieces to sink in as it was an overwhelming experience for mind and body alike. There were so many highlights, one of them of course meeting Benedict. Naturally, his photo shoot as well as the autograph session felt a bit rushed as some of you already pointed out, but let's be honest it was to be expected and it didn't take away from the overall fantastic experience. I got a nice autograph and a laser-beam smile (geez he does have big hands and extraordinary eyes - great seeing those face to face..;-), then I got a beautiful picture, a "nice to meet you" and a gentle pat on the shoulder. What more do you need? He was his usual articulate self during the talk and it was a delight listening to him. Andrew was super friendly and welcoming, very nice and cordial, Mark and Steven were great together, witty and eloquent. Rupert was a riot, and Loo taking the time to hug and talk to everyone was amazing. Una is a wonderful wonderful, charming lady. All the guests were very welcoming and generous and it was fantastic for them to come to such an event considering the fact that they all are busy bees (especially Benedict who could easily have moved on meanwhile and do something else in his spare time); they spent their weekend with us and were just SPLENDID company! There surely are a thousand things I failed to mention, but I'll stop for now and reminisce some more about a wonderful and unforgettable experience…..
  4. The crew did a fantastic job facing and organising all us crazy Sherlockians! Very friendly, helpful, patient and well informed! Kudos and a big Thank You (blows kiss)!
  5. Sorry for the double post - was thinking about merchandise heaven and my fingers were shaking so hard...
  6. Ah, the shopaholic in me is dancing…"Sherlock Merchandise" - what a nice melodic sound…

  8. Amanda Abbington just posted on twitter that neither she nor Martin Freeman will be attending. Can you verify? Would be a real bummer, very disappointing...
  9. Same question here more or less… I have a platinum ticket - does that mean that all the guest talks whenever and whereever they might take place are covered or do I have to buy some extra tickets? Thanks very much!
