I think you will always get people that will pick at anything, but for me I think the event was very well organised! Yes it got VERY busy and in some places it was just impossible to move, but that would be hard to avoid with an event this popular! It took time to get used to where everything was as the venue is so much bigger than Earls Court but once you got your bearings it was fine! The stalls were fantastic! The staff on the whole were very helpful, especially the guy (I think his name was Alan) who was at Zone A. I don't see how people can complain about the diamond passes being given priority when they paid a lot of money to get the privilege! So I have to say well done to Showmasters - and I can't wait for next year already
