Oo, what do we get if we pay?
You don't get better tips if you pay.....
.....I'm just not going to invoice taz1010 for that one.

Question
i want to get a GOT poster signed by the ten guests here
how do you ask them to sign in a way it allows space for all the others?
Free tip: Whilst they have probably signed hundreds of posters and would do it anyway, it's always worth requesting to have the character name added as well. Makes it a lot easier to look back on and remember who is who!

Showers.
And I'm not just aiming that at other people. By 16:30 I'm as guilty as everyone else.

As someone who has yet to actually buy their entry ticket, that felt like a warning shot that it could sell out.
Time to stop to procrastinating and buy my ticket!
Later.

Me too! This is James Caan!

I dunno - I can definitely see some Jason Momoa resemblance:

I (ambitiously) popped in here for some quality World Cup chat (actual football fan here!) but after reading through I need to ask: why has this place become so GIF obsessed lately?

I'm starting two GoT posters this year. Before I only got signed the photos at the table.
As a heads-up, from experience, undertaking a GoT poster is great way to drastically reduce your disposable income.

I've never seen him in his most prominent role (Stargate) but after playing God of War I was massively impressed with the performance of Christopher Judge. Would very be interested in seeing him return and getting an autograph on my game!
Even know which quote I'd get:
"Boy".

I generally prefer photos, more personal. Not a big fan of auto’s which usually needs some sort of verifications.
Given that I only bother with autographs that I have directly obtained myself, that's not really an issue. Seeing them sign it with my own eyes is verification enough for me!
In my humble opinion, autographs obtained indirectly are completely worthless anyway.

Pretty much the same for mine.
It's pretty much the reason I've stopped buying them - they just end up being an expensive page in a book I don't read.
Plus I'm not really a fan of just looking at pictures of myself - not that I have a complex about my face or think that I'm ugly mind. Quite the opposite in fact

I have a nice little folder in a drawer where I put them in and never end up looking at them again.

Queen can only give clues if given permission and she hasn't been allowed to do so recently. I think they aren't doing it any more.
Has it ever been clarified why she can gives clues for some guests but not for others? Why would she need permission for some but not be allowed to do it at all for others?

Just think. This time 8 weeks it'll all be over!
In 60 weeks we'll have had LFCC 18, had all the guest announcements for the 2019 one and the convention will have passed.

According to James Gunn, Groot's last words to Rocket as he turned to dust were 'dad'.
Yeah, I'm not ready to digest that information.

I don't really want to say anything that might be taken as a spoiler, but I left the showing feeling....unsatisfied. I enjoyed it whilst watching it but coming out I was expecting to be like "yeeaaahhhh!!" but I'm more like "oh".

@Broo @R4wly97 It's basically where you are posing for a photo with someone and you put your arm around them but don't actually make contact with them - so your hand just kind of 'hover's over their shoulder/waist etc. It smacks of low-confidence/inadequacy.
Pop the phrase into Google images and you'll see what I mean. Some of the examples even come from the Showmasters galleries

@Broo the last one thing I want to do is....make myself look like a complete weirdo!
Then please please please avoid a case of 'hover hand'. It looks so cringe in photos.

I've just got back from seeing Taylor Swift at Wembley this weekend (whilst I enjoyed her 'Reputation' album to an extent, '1989' is in my opinion one of the best pop albums ever written and very impressed with her as a live performer) and the whole experience has reminded me of how much I hate going to London and has killed my enthusiasm for attending the con.
I'll probably just shake it off though.
