Totally forgot to add that we met my son's favourite author, Philip Reeve, in YALC on Sunday and he was awesome! Such a nice guy, chatted for ages and wrote the best dedication in my son's book that I've ever seen, made his day. :)

I got Rex Smith's autograph for a friend & he was lovely. Chatted to me for ages about the trouble he's had getting in Sunday morning due to the bike race (he'd walked the last mile, I wonder how many other guests did that!!). He said he'd really enjoyed the event and when he realised I'd been crew expressed how hard we worked & how well it was all run. Genuinely a lovely guy. My biggest Wow though was Jeremy Renner. What a great guy, no airs and graces in front of the attendees, made everybody feel like he was genuinely pleased to see them. A proper pro! :)

I had a great experience with Sean, he wrote a brilliant quote on my Conman poster and was really pleased when I laughed at it. He did seem really shy but was still nice & friendly.

Can I ask, is the YALC £20 ticket inclusive of LFCC entry or is it just for YALC? The description sounds like it's just for YALC but seems very pricey as it's more than the LFCC ticket................... I'm a teeny bit confused.

Hiya I have 2 questions. 1. Do you know if Derek Landy will be doing autographs as my son doesn't want to carry one of his rather large books around all day if it turns out he can't get it signed. 2. Do you know if I have to pay for 2 photos when I just want one of me and my son together with Summer Glau? I appreciate any info you might have many thanks :) hh
