Nope just phoned up. Said I was coming to Chevron at the end of April. And could I book a room at con rate. Reply was not a problem! Let the countdown begin!

Just managed to book my hotel room at the con rate. By phoning the hotel.

I'm kind of hope there is another ball, fancy getting a full on gown!

Can we please get the code soon!

This year was my first ever Chevron. And it was one of the best weekends of the year. Can't wait for the next one! And I have been telling everyone I know. One of the lads at my work is coming. As he's a big SGA fan but had never heard of the con. Only thing I would say is can we please have the hotel code and party themes soon. I'm a bit of a planer and hate leaving things to the last minute! As said can't wait for the event and meeting a load more of you all!

I've message them on Facebook but got a "as soon as we have it reply" so no idea if anyone has even talked to the hotel yet.

Yep! been asking for a while but no word from Showmasters

I don't really mind as long as we get told in plenty of time. What themes has there been? Having only been to this years don't want to suggest anything that's already been done recently.

It will be a few months yet before the code comes out. Don't worry showmasters always give you enough time to book before the event. They normally give you a good month or 2 and there are always room available. If there isn't, there are cheap hotels very very close by to the hotel the event is at. For 8.1 the code was up by the end of Oct 2013!
