Any news on when these will be sent out? I was told if I hadn't received it within 2 weeks to start chasing it up. Well its 2 1/2 weeks now....

We had the same problem on Saturday. We went back about lunchtime as asked and all the LotR packs which I had requested had gone. I was told it should be posted out within 2 weeks. My friend did get her Harry Potter pack but was very disappointed. We were newbies and were looking forward to our packs. It was a lot of money to us and the pack was one of the perks that swayed us to get the gold pass. It was a shame because the rest of our day was great.

Had a really great day on Saturday and was pleased we opted for gold passes. And thank you to all the staff who were doing a fab job. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The one dissappointed was the mix up with the autographs packs i.e the one I ordered (LotR) had all gone by the time I went to pick mine up. I know I wasn't the only person who had this problem from talking to people round the show. We were promised that the packs will be posted out. I hope we don't have to wait too long.

I emailed the preferences for myself and my friend re: autograph packs on 18th June. Will we definitely get the packs we've chosen? And do I need to bring a copy of the email with me?

The morning shoots gold passes are fed through a much shorter queue so you won't have any problems there - they're all fairly long shoots too. The clash with the talk and photo, all I can suggest unfortunately is that you go to the shoot, crew can make sure you get through first, and go into the talk a few minutes late. Hi I'm a newbie. I have ordered a Gold Pass. I have a 3 way clash in the morning Peter Dinklage 10.20am Ticket No:392 Lena Headley 10.20am Ticket No:178 Norman Reedus 10.35am Ticket No:151 Then another clash Game of Thrones talk 12.15 Louise Jameson 12.20 ticket no:19. And Louise is only listed once on the schedule and it's only a 10 miunte slot. What would you advise I do please?
